Its an incredible place to help meet shipping needs. I've gone in twice in the last two days and I've watched the employees work efficiently, quickly, respectfully. They have known customers on a known name basis, I've been so sweet and respectful with elderly customers, worked as a team to have packaging boxes ready and prepped to help me with a multi package shipping project, have had me out and cared for with my transactions in less than ten minutes and there haven't been long lines. I am impressed and will move my needs for shipping over to them moving forward.

I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I…read morewasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him. I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them. I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. He was great and my work area was perfect!

We arrived on time and I learned that the TSA PreCheck partners with Clear. There's a Clear machine now in the TSA-Precheck area which wasn't like that two years ago. The service was quick but unless you travel super often or you don't have a credit card that provides for Clear don't add on the service. Its not worth it. Just stick with your TSA-Precheck status. Kathy got her KTN - Known Traveler's Number in two days. Wow. Super fast. Last tip: Skip all the travel gear at Staples as it is way overpriced.

Robin worked with me one on one and proceeded to make sure we got the design to fit my truck perfectly. When installing her husband went to great lengths to make sure everything was centered and leveled properly. Also I found out that they are willing to ship. After a failed attempt to get a high resolution scan at another location, I went to the counter to…read moreask if getting a higher resolution copy of my passport was possible. The very young girl that I got to engage with was really annoyed with me, even proceeded to roll her eyes and be put out. I am an extremely easy and kind person to engage with so this was a bit perplexing. She proceeded to look at my problem scan from another location (blurry as all get out) and she says, looks fine to me. So... I had to find my own path forward on how to resolve my issue. Thankfully after some fumbling around with their copiers/scanners I got what I needed. Even though she said I would get the same outcome there too. The other two people working that day seemed to be helpful with others, the girl I got definitely hates her job. I am hopeful the other people working are more helpful. If there is a next time, I will ask for someone else. To end on a good note, they have excellent scanners/printers for high quality scans, just change the dpi. And you get to review the scan before paying, unlike the original office scanning place I went. Score!
