1 star is to generous. Went in requesting a 2 hour massage with the last 30 minutes devoted to my hands and feet. Lisa said credit card machine was down and only cash. I went and got the cash and came back. At best the massage was a C. However at least 10-15 times she answered the phone, went out to the door when a customer came in and laughed and said " so busy " It was incredibly disruptive and not relaxing. I received 2 minutes on my hands and had to ask for my feet to be done. This was after I said 3 separate times what I wanted out of my 2 hours. I got a average massage, not relaxing in any way r/t the constant interruptions and the lack of 30 minutes to hands and feet. I tipped Lisa 20$ and she demanded 20$ more!!! And I mean demanded. She said she gave me 2 hours and I said I paid 120$. She said "you pay me more, you check your wallet!" Like a dummy I gave her 5 one dollar bills and said that was all I had. Two stars because the place was clean. Requested deep tissue but got a lady who insisted on tickling me. After I advised her for the tenth time that my shoulders hurt and I'd like her to get the knots out, she stood on my back. This helped her strength but did not feel good at all. I actually asked her to stop and requested to cut the massage short. When i went to pay i still gave a $15 tip but then was told that its a $10 credit card fee. She didn't wait for me to accept she just swiped my card. **I read the sign that stated $2-4 credit card fee. When I asked her why she charged me $10 she played like she didn't speak English. Appalling worker behavior, it's embarrassing how one of your employees thought that it would be ok to ask for a bigger tip after already receiving 20%. Tips aren't mandatory get your employee in check before you lose more business. read more

I have never been treated worse. A friend purchased a gift certificate for me, which this spa would not honor. I find this completely unbelievable, but still wanted a massage. The person demanded payment before the service as if she did believe I had any money. The whole exchange was extremely upsetting. When my husband whet back to talk to her she laughed at him. I don't know any business where this is acceptable behavior. I used to be a regular customer. No more. Dishonest!!! 1 star is too many for them! Charged $10 for bank fee to use bank card and the their sign said $2-4 for that charge. Pointed it out to them and they suddenly didn't understand English and charged my card already! The massage wasn't with her fingers. She pushed with her forearm the whole time! Dishonest!!!!! I went here twice. The first time I was very happy. Second time, was awful. Massage was chaotic and not relaxing. She brought her cell phone in, even answered a text. Never turned it off either. Nor did she turn on any music. She burned me with the hot stones because she dropped them and then realized they were too hot. Then she demanded a tip. Tip is EARNED not required. Horrible! I dropped my wife off w/ migraine for a 90 minute massage that I called & scheduled. They refused to honor a gift certificate, demanded that she paid up front & were very rude. Thanks for making my wife cry asshole!!!! I returned tore up the gift certificate & made my complete dissatisfaction known. I had my first massage at Diamond Massage Spa last Friday and it was great. The masseuse, Qiqi, was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable, that she was not hurting me and that the hot stones were not too hot. Qiqi worked my back and shoulders so that they felt a lot better after the massage than before. I went in a couple of weeks ago because my back and neck were absolutely killing me. I'm not usually a fan of people touching me, but after a week of steadily worsening pain and stiffness, I knew I had to find a solution. My coworker recommended this place, and most other massage places closer to home were booked up, so I gave them a call to ask if they had any openings for the day, and they did! After showing up, I was led into a small private room where I got the most healing massage of my life. It hurt from time to time but in the best ways - I could feel my knots and aches being worked out. The music was calming, the two ladies I interacted with were very kind and soft toned, and patient with me especially since it was my first massage in probably 15 years. Hot stones are also offered free of charge which were great on a cold day, but if you're sensitive to heat probably pass on it, but otherwise they make a great accompaniment. For my 60 min deep tissue massage, it was $70, with a credit card service fee around $3. Including tip, it cost me less than what the flat rate massage would have cost at most any other massage spa near me, and the experience was excellent, so I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on here as this place is great. Sure they are not some ritzy massage place but they are clean, friendly and always can fit me in anytime I call. I have been going to them for about 2 years now and no issues. Some reviewers said that they have brought in the phone and took a quick call which happened to me once. But for the price you just can't beat it. I've had 300$ massages at really nice spas and they don't even compare when it comes to a real deep tissue massage. They offer two hour massages now! So that's my next step up from my normal 90 mins. read more
