Over filed and gave me a greenie!!! I had acrylic removed here around a month ago, and the lady filed my nails so thin I could see red pockets on my nail bed and it hurt really bad. I then had dip done while there. I just had it removed at another salon and on one of my nails where she over filed, cracked and is green now. plus the dip was done very poorly and was lumpy. Nah. First of all, the guy left the towel on my lap, so when I stood up, it fell on my feet, and ruined my painting. He said "It's ok", and tried to reel me over to my manicure. I had to tell him the paint on my toes was no good anymore. The lady did my nails, and at the end, put them in front of a regular fan. After waiting 10 long minutes (the lit dryer you stick your hands in takes like 3 minutes), I left, and promptly ruined my paint job cause they weren't dry yet, apparently. I wasn't pleased w this place. The woman had a bandage on her arm, someone asked why, and the guy made a joke it was cause he hit her. I told him not to make a joke like that, not nice. He seemed surprised to hear that. This place isn't for me. read more

Mother's day fail . If you are any other race besides Caucasian please brace yourself for a 2 hour wait. The owner had me waitng for over an hour two custOmer's came in after me and she took them and offered them water. As Im waiting patiently I know the first party that walked in had an appointment. The second later clearly informed her that she would wait patiently and once again came in a whole hour after me . BEST Spa pedicure I've EVER had, including ones I've gotten at high end spas and on cruises! I chose the Volcano option- not really knowing what to expect. There were 3 different foot and leg massages: a scrub, a lotion, an oil with hot stones. And a paraffin wax with hot towels followed by yet another refreshing lotion massage. Henry was my nail tech but to call him that and not a massage therapist is a sin. As you can see in the photo I wanted a cute design. He painted the toes and had another employee do the design. I always make appointments fir my nails because I'm super busy with work I always ask for a specific tech , and lately can't seem to get them to honor either the time or the tech request. Everyone seems really stressed and unhappy and they have bumped my time and sent me home to come back . The last time I was there they destroyed my natural nail underneath the tips. I went to the salon due to the amount of reviews on Google. I regret that decision and acquired plantar warts after my spa pedicure. They most likely do not sanitize their tools. The warts came oout the week after my pedicure. I am never barefoot, not even at home. The worst part is I have 2 warts (same foot). I am a complete germ-o-phobe and can't believe this happened. Wart removal treatments have set me back some $$$ Stay away! Update: Sept 2016: So here I am 2 months after, multiple treatments later and wart still not gone and has spread. The chairs are comfortable and work well for a nice massage as you get your Pedicure. Andy is so polite and he does an awesome paint job on my toes and takes his time to massage my feet & legs. Horrible experience!!!!! Went in for a polish change on my own long nails left there with very short nails that were thinned out on the tips so bad that they broke within a couple of days. Going to take a while to get them back to normal. This was done by the owner and a who thought it was funny. read more

Diamond Nails was recommended to me by a friend. I am not a hardcore nail nerd, but every now and again I do like to splurge on myself. So I called and made an appointment for my mother and myself for the following day (that in and of itself is great). They had a decent variety of colors to choose from, plenty of parking, and the salon/spa itself was extremely clean. Service with a smile! Great personalities, and they did a fantastic job on my nails as well as my mothers. Two weeks later we walked in to have our nails filled and painted. He told us to wait five minutes to see if he had enough time. He then told us, to come in the next morning, and apologized (had someone out sick) but that he would take us personally first thing the next morning. I didn't see that as a big deal so the next morning we go in and realize he told us to come in an hour BEFORE the salon even opened, just to ensure we were taken care of. That is going ABOVE and BEYOND. That was not expected. Now the nails themselves - beautiful. He and his staff did a fabulous job both visits. The price was hard to beat as well! Well I just called to book my next appointment after not going back for a few months (traveling). He remembered me over the phone, asked how my husband was and my mother. Got pink coffin nails and when I tell you my nails were butchered I was embarrassed to even wear them to my military ball. DO NOT GO HERE! I got my eyebrows waxed here and they burned my skin off! It scapped and got infected. I went back to show them what had happened and they were rude about it. They didn't say anything or apoloize, they just starred at me. A couple weeks later my friend went into here, unaware what had happened to me went I went ther, they also burned her skin off and the same thing happened to her. We have to many pedicures/manicures. The Diamond is just that. Three of us were walk ins and received hands and feet down service you could not find at any salon that charged triple the price. The staff was well trained and really took the time to provide great service. My suggestion is to try the full spa pedicure and decide for yourself. Clean and well organized. Diamond Nails is AMAZING!!! My family comes to Florida quite frequently to visit my elderly mom, Diamond Nails is and ALWAYS on our agenda. My 18 year old daughter, myself and my mom have made it one of our traditions, mani/pedi . If my 60 year old sister or my 35 year old niece come to visit mom, they also get their nails done at Diamond. Lee, the owner is incredible as is Mai. Diamond Nails makes all ages happy. Well, my mom is now 92, living in an assisted living place for about 6 months now and is showing signs of dementia. I haven't taken her to Diamond Nails in that 6 months, except today. Mom didn't remember the place until she saw the owner, Lee. Lee was so happy to see Mom!! We started reminiscing about how she was a regular and I even showed her pics of her getting her nails done. Anyway, Lee treated her like royalty. He treated her with love. You don't find that anywhere. They treat people like family and do a FABULOUS job!!! read more

Girl did a lowsy job on my toenails, spent very little time manicuring the nails. She didn't use clean tools and I told them when I made the appointment that I was diabetic. I will never ever go back. Now I will need to spend more money to have the toenails fixed. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and still have rough heals. She barely scrubbed my heals. So angry and have a birthday party to attend. No time to have them redone before I fly home. 40.00 down the drain. Avoid this place!!! read more
