I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience so others know what to expect. I came to this salon excited to get my nails done and brought an inspiration photo of exactly what I wanted. Before they even started, I showed the technician the picture and assumed they would let me know if it wasn't something they could do. At no point did anyone tell me they were unable to recreate the design. Instead, they started working on my nails and made their own decisions about the design without discussing it with me first. The most frustrating part was that they didn't tell me they couldn't do the design until after they had already applied products to my nails and put their own version on them. By that point, I felt like I didn't have much of a choice. If they had simply been honest from the beginning, I would have appreciated the opportunity to choose a different design, modify what I wanted, or go to a salon that specialized in that style. Good communication would have made a huge difference. On top of that, the service itself was extremely rough. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have broken my wrist twice, so my hands and wrists are already very sensitive. Instead of handling my hands gently, I felt like they were constantly being pulled, twisted, and jerked around. The appointment was uncomfortable from beginning to end. What really upset me was how many times I was cut. I was cut around 10 times during my appointment. I understand that accidents can happen, but being cut over and over again is not acceptable. My fingers were sore, irritated, and stung after I left. A nail appointment should be relaxing, not something you leave in pain from. When I looked at the finished set, it looked nothing like the inspiration photo I had shown. I understand that no nail set will ever be an exact copy, and I wasn't expecting perfection. However, I did expect something that at least resembled what I had asked for. Instead, the shape, design, and overall look were completely different from what I wanted. The combination of poor communication, rough handling, being cut repeatedly, and leaving with nails I didn't ask for made this a very disappointing experience. I paid for a service expecting professionalism, honesty, and quality work, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any of those. I have attached photos of what I requested versus what I actually received so others can see the difference for themselves. I hope the salon improves its communication with clients by being honest about what they can and cannot do before starting a service. I also hope they take more care when handling customers, especially those with medical conditions that make rough treatment more painful. Unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this salon based on my experience. read more

Came in for a manicure. My nail tech was Jesse. I hear she's fairly new but my goodness is she good. All times I got a manicure. Other nail techs in Oklahoma prick and cut my cuticles. Sometimes it hurts. Jesse was so gentle and soft with her hands. I love the music too. One of my best experiences with nail salons by far. Thank you to everyone in there. Yall are so nice. Not impressed. The employees were not friendly. I was not greeted when I walked in. The salon was dirty, very obvious it hasn't been cleaned properly recently. I got SNS on my natural nails. I broke a nail the day after going there, which happened to break my real nail as well. SNS usually lasts me 4+ weeks with no issues. Overall not impressed and do not recommend. read more

If I had only read the two reviews that are on here I probably would not have come here but thankfully I had a good friend refer me and I know how particular she is and I knew she would never go anywhere that wasn't good, so I tried it and let me tell you I was more than pleased!! First off the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Everyone else was busy working. The appointment was on time and my technician was very professional and kind. I had Nancy and she was absolutely amazing. I was getting my nails done for my wedding and showed her a picture which I think she did better than the picture. She freehanded the art and was fast with the shape I wanted which usually takes most technicians a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend this place! read more

So my friend and I are visiting for the weekend and decided after a long hike we would get pedicures. We were greeted and received pedicures. The place was clean and organized. I think this may have been my most enjoyed pedicure to date. Here is why: It was quiet and relaxing. I believe they had Christian music playing and that was it. There weren't a million TVs blaring something different on every channel. Not a single worker had their phones next to them distracting them(yes this happens, I've been places that stop doing my nails to answer their phones, text, and look at notifications). They were quiet and weren't having full conversations with other staff. I actually enjoyed the true quiet and not the hustle and bustle of rushing people through the process not giving you a moment in the chair let your bails dry (yes I've been to places that essentially push you out of your chair to put you somewhere else so they can have a free seat to rush another one through) They were thorough and took their time doing the pedicure and I wasn't left feeling like I wanted more. I was so relaxed and truly enjoyed the pampering and really feeling great when I left there. read more

I read reviews how bad this place was and went so i could have my own opinions on it and all the reviews were spot on. they are absolutely awful. my nails were peeling that next morning and when i went in they said they couldn't give me my money back. They technicians are really rude. They made my toes bleed. Being a cosmetologist and seeing this place there implements are not cleaned. The technician my friend had did a whole pedicure without gloves and then did not wash his hands and just jumped to the next client. read more

I'm really upset about my service here. My friends go here and generally have really good outcomes but I guess it's because they make appointments with specific technicians. I don't have time in my day to plan a trip to a nail salon so I called and asked about a walk in. I did just that. My nails look awful and the process itself was painful. The gentleman doing my nails nicked my cuticles on my big toe several times as well as left several stray pieces of skin on my toes which I wasn't even aware were supposed to be cut. The polish job is rough and all over the skin which I know I can use remover on my self when I get home but if I'm paying a decent chunk of change, I'd at least expect my skin to be free of polish when I walk out. I should have said something when I was leaving but I was so upset and they were so busy I didn't want to make a scene. read more

I waited to post this to see if the nails would come out crooked and they did in a very obvious way. I was a first time customer who is looking for a new regular mail place. When I went in the receptionist was rude. She asked me what color and got very frustrated when I couldn't understand what she was asking. I answered wrong and she scolded me for not paying attention. She sat me down and I wanted a dip manicure. She told me to relax and I tried. She then proceeded to spend 20 minutes openly complaining that I couldn't relax and then got angry with me for not relaxing my fingers. Like that's relaxing. She then got up and decided she had other things to do. She left me sitting in the chair for another 30 minutes then eventually handed me off to her coworker. He was relatively nice and tried to make the experience better but for a price tag claiming online to be the normal $40 that ACTUALLY is $52 I expected better treatment and at the very least the same tech or a better and kinder experience. Definitely not worth the money. read more

Never coming back. I've been going to this place on and off the past two years and my nails always come out good or bad. Recently I had a very bad experience my nails looked so ugly I immediately went to a different salon the next day and had them fix it for me. The other tech said they left the dip on too thick and my nails looked like bubble nails. Safe to say i don't recommend coming here the owner Michael even argued with me when I told him I wasn't happy with my nails and was still going to charge me. Don't waste your money here. read more

This place was extremely unexpected surprise! They give the best stone massages with their deluxe pedicures. The precision and detail to attention were on point. They are friendly and the atmosphere overall is super relaxing. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was a burden for being there. They take their time with each customer and do not rush you put after they finish the treatment. I definitely needed a relaxing foot massage today and this place was absolutely what I wanted. My cousin and I went here, they don't talk to the customers; they only talk to each other. The tools looked unhygienic. My nails have MANY bubbles in the polish, they're crooked, and they're blotchy. I had asked for my nails to be pretty long & they clipped them way too short. I requested coffin nails & they look nothing like them.. My nails look awful! They look so ugly. The lady doing my nails made them really long when I told her that they needed to be short and then she said they wouldn't be a good coffin because of how short they were when they were really long! Most of the nails are completely different lengths and shapes and she did a horrible job. Then my mom got her nails done too. I can't even describe how bad they look! They are bumpy and uneven and the top coat doesn't even cover the whole nail. I've been here before but I feel like every time I go back it's an even bigger disappointment. Some people there are nice but the lady doing my nails turned around and started talking to the guy doing my moms nails about how I asked for a short coffin and how I kept asking her to make them shorter because I have contacts and I'm not trying to poke my eye out. I'm telling you when I almost asked for the file myself I'm a little teenager and I could've shaped them better. This place is a huge disappointment don't go there! read more
