Horrible! Spent $30 to get my car washed....watched 3 guys try to open the back of my car (mini cooper) and they couldn't figure it out so they just walked away. The vacuum guy was able to open it. I brought my vehicle in for "The Works". The crew did an excellent job of drying, vacuuming, and detailing the interior of my vehicle. I noticed that one of my roof racks had come loose and that a piece of roof molding weatherstrip had popped out of place. Ron came out to assist and helped with the weatherstrip and removed the loose roof rack. I appreciate his help in addressing these issues for me. I have been debating leaving this review because I have only been here once, but my experience was that bad that it is worth telling. I live in Miami and was in town for a weekend to visit my parents. They gifted me a car detailing here for my birthday. We dropped the car off on Saturday at 8:30am, no problem. They called us at about 2:30pm and told us the car was ready. When we got back, we were told that the car interior (I have fabric seats) was still wet, so they put plastic on the seat so I was able to sit on it. They said to leave the car windows down overnight in the garage and the trunk open, and take the mats out and lay them out overnight. I had no problem doing this and did what was asked of me. On the drive home I noticed that my car was dinging, indicating that my passenger seat needed to put their seatbelt on. It also showed the "airbag on" signal for my passenger seat, although nobody was sitting there. I called them immediately and explained and they said I can bring it back next weekend. Very annoying since I live in Miami, but okay, fine. The next day on Sunday evening, I go to drive back to Miami and the car is still soaking wet. Not damp... soaking wet. Like if you sat on the seat your pants would look like you sat in a puddle. I had to stack three beach towels on the seat in order to drive home. I also noticed at this point the seats were off the tracks, I couldn't move them forward or backward. I drove two hours back to Miami with the windows down. Two days later, I'm go to drive to work and the car smells like the worst mildew you've ever smelled (shocking, I know). When I tell you it smells, it STUNK. If the window was down, you could smell it from 12 feet away. I call and they say something must have been wrong, and they can run a machine to get the smell out next weekend. In the meantime, they tell me to buy damp-rid and put it in the car, which I do. Next weekend, I drive all the way back to Naples to drop off my moldy car again. I'm up at 8:30am to drop the car off. The woman who works the desk is so unpleasant, she doesn't even pretend to care about you. They seem irritated as I drop the car off and re-explain the several issues. When I come to pickup my car a few hours, the manager lectures me about leaving the windows up, saying I can't do that, and if I keep the windows up the smell is going to come back. (Am I supposed to have the windows down forever???) I am not in the mood to argue because everyone's attitude is so poor here, so I just get my keys and go out to my car. At this point, I run into the manager, who also then lectures me! He tells me that the reason the car smells is because there are wet towels in it. I tell him that is not true, the towels don't smell (that is true), and the reason there are towels in it is because the car was soaking wet and I had to sit on them to drive it. We get into an argument back and forth! I tell him this is a massive inconvenience for ME, and he is acting like it is an inconvenience for them. After going back and forth for three minutes, I finally leave and drive off. Throughout this entire process, I never received one apology. Of course, they did not offer any refund or coupon for future carwash, but they also never at one point took any responsibility or accountability. Nobody said sorry. Also, there were so many little spots in the car that I found that clearly had not been cleaned (for example, the track on the seats). I would never recommend anyone going here and I would recommend to the owners and managers here to find a new career path where you don't have to interact with people since you clearly hate it so much. read more

First let me say I have used this care wash many times. However, I will never use this car wash again. Took my wifes car there with less than 2000 miles on it with absolutely no scratches or dents. During the car wash the system stopped 3 times because cars were not being moved out at the end of the line. After the wash and cleaning of the inside, I inspected the vehicle before getting ready to leave.......the front fender had a dent about the size of a quarter. The dent looked like someting hard rubber or plastic......kind of oval.....had hit it. I am sure it was a result of the stopping of the wash equipment and one of the brushes assembly slamming into the vehicle. I talked to the owner about this......which turned out to be a total was of tiime......he was nothing but an excuse machine and excepted zero responsibility. He even tried to say our vehicle had been in an accident All I can say is....take your vehicle there at your own risk and don't be surprised if it gets damaged. read more

This place cannot be trusted. The girls who clean the inside went into my console and took just about all of my change that I have for tolls . I went back and told the cashier what happened and she said that they believe they know who is doing it. She had only been there a couple of months but they had to make sure. This place has no pride in their work. I got the #4. They didn't even clean the inside wiped down . The console was dirty and in back said all they do is vacuum will they spray stuff and made mud.....I get it sometimes their off the mark but what took me by surprise was how rude management treated me after pointing it out.....I was in awe.... the rude cashier girl at the desk gave me 15.00 back and said to manager ...make sure you mark receipt never to do her car again! Avoid if possible. I've been bringing my cars here for 5 years. They do a mediocre job but it's the only full service car wash close to where we live. They're packed in season but today (August 31) we took a car in. It's hot as blazes these days and it's Monday morning, so everyone, including us, is trying to get the week started. As we waited in the heat we notice first one, then a second vehicle which had gone through the wash behind us yet were pulled into another lane and finished before ours. I went over to the owner (who had been busy talking with another customer about snow skiing on Hunter Mountain in the Catskills -- an urgent topic in Florida in August) and told him two card had been pulled in front of ours. He replied that they were "feeding from the back" and had "two distinct lanes." No apology, just basically "this is how we're doing it,," too bad for you. If he had been paying attention to his business right under his nose (rather than worrying about snow skiing) he could have prevented the problem. At least he could have apologized without prompting instead of rationalizing. Instead he gets a bad review and loses a long-time customer. Must be nice to have such a successful business that you can essentially tell good customers to take a hike. Btw, despite a sign asking customers to wear a mask, his was around his neck. read more

Don't understand how establishments like this stay in business and they are ripping off their clientele in front of their eyes! We could not believe how fantastic it was to go to Naples Car Wash! We were through in good time and we so pleased with our immaculate car-inside and out. However, after we drove away , we could not find the key fob. We knew it had to be in the car because it still worked. We returned to the Naples Car Wash and right away the owner and another gentleman came out with flashlights to help us search. Somehow it had fallen into the tissue box. The owner then insisted on re-vacuuming our car....making it lol like it just came from the dealership! STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY! The worst car wash ever. I'm new to the area and found this car wash close to my home so I brought in a perfect 1 yr. old Maserati. It just came off a car transport and while dirty was thoroughly inspected upon arrival. It came out of the wash with red marks from one end of the car to the other on one side of the car. I showed the owner, who said he had seen this problem before and began polishing out the marks. When he got to one he couldn't remove because it gauged out the paint, he suddenly decided it couldn't have been his fault. We reviewed the video of the car going into the car wash and saw no marks, but he claimed he couldn't show me a video of the the car exiting and said it probably happened in the 1 mile between the car wash and my house! NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I had two novelty buttons super glued to my dashboard. One said "fire missile". The other said "eject". During the armor all process, the eject button was torn off the dashboard. Now...were that inadvertently done, the button itself would still be in the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the owner who became very short with me and refused to comp my carwash this morning, instead, "offering" to wash my car again??? On top of that, they did a sub par job on my car to start with. BE WARNED...if they screw up your car, they will not make it right with you...plus, as one who specializes in Customer Service myself, it's my opinion that the owner has a bad attitude if something DOES go wrong. read more

I used to love this place. They did a crummy job on yhe windows, and didn't even wipe down the truck which resulted in sun dried spots all over. They folded in the mirrors, and didn't put them back in place, and I didn't realize it until I took off. Haze on the windows and streaks everywhere.
