Took my mother's SUV to be washed before going out of town as the lawncare crew in her neighborhood had kicked up a bunch of grass tips all over one side of the car and they had baked on from the heat. Went to Dolphin and was impressed with what seemed to be a very thorough wash with friendly personnel. Discovered when I went to touch it up that most of the grass was still on there so I pointed it out to staff. They were helpful and explained that it needed a certain kind of sponge during the manual pre-wash stage. They let me take the car back through and used that special equipment prior and it got all the baked-on grass tips off. I was super pleased! Didn't have time to use the free vacuums, which are an excellent benefit, but did use their cloths to touch up mirrors and extra drips. Overall, very pleased. The price increase was the only very minor downside but it's understandable and, honestly, as someone who gets weekly car washes, the free vacuums can cost $5 a time at other places so that's a definite advantage. read more

BUYER BEWARE! When your vehicle is damaged they will tell you it's your fault for your vehicle being too cheap!!!! I had a membership here for some time now. During the time, the bush on the right side when you enter did not work and was not fixed for months. This left the passenger side of your vehicle dirty. I also paid for the ceramic package any often times when I got to the part of the wash where it was applied it did not work. Additionally, sometime the employees will brush and spray your car before you enter. If you do not leave a tip they will not do a very good job. Sometimes they do not even do it at all, and more often than not they will slam the wooden brushes into your vehicle body being careless. The final disappointment for me was when the wash malfunctioned any broke the grille off my vehicle. I immediately felt a thud when the arm went down too fast and I knew something was wrong. I spoke with the manage Jose who immediately rolled his eyes at me. He told me that the equipment was malfunctioning and this has happened to other vehicles and he offered to glue it back on for me. As my vehicle is less than a year old I was not ok with that. He went on to say that it is not his fault that vehicles are made so cheaply and that this is a "Self service car wash and they are not responsible." Jose also told me that I need to prove it was damaged in the wash! I said well you have cameras and you also told me that this has happened before. he just walked away from me rudely. He said he had to "help other customers" although there was three other employees standing around (one outside and two inside). He went in the wash and recovered the piece but took it into his office and would not give it back to me. When you put your trust in a business you expect them to act honorably but not this place. I asked to speak with the owner and he said that he was sleeping and never comes in so he has no idea if I will be able to talk to him. BUYER BEWARE! We decided to try this place about a month ago, since it's close to where we live in Fiddlers Creek. I think the price was about $14, which is not exorbitant, but for that price somebody should clean the inside of your car as well. For just an outside cleaning, I think this price is a ripoff.. Even in Los Angeles, which is much more expensive than down here in Naples, for $14 you can get somebody to clean the inside and the outside of your car - and also do a drying after the car is completed.I hear that there are new owners, and according to a recent story in the newspaper, I think there is a modified pricing of $8.95. That's a fair price for just an outside cleaning, but For those half the prices, you should really offer to clean the inside of the car as well. Who wants to bend over and vacuum? Not me. read more

I've had problems with this car wash since they opened. I drive by twice every day to and from work and was quite excited when I saw the construction begin. I even bought a pre-opening month at half-price. The opening was delayed of course, but that probably wasn't entirely their fault. When it did finally open I went with my certificate and the manager had no idea what it was, even though it was purchased next door at Goodyear (same owners). He was dismissive, rude and argumentative. We went back and forth until he actually took the time to read it. But I couldn't use it only for the month I had paid for, I had to sign up for the recurring plan, give him my credit card and I was charged another month there and then. He got super confused about when I would be charged again. initially telling me it would be one month from now, but I told him that wasn't correct. It took a lot more discussion until he finally seemed to get it, but finally he did. That guy didn't seem to last more than a month, no surprise really. The first month started rocky - no-one seemed to know what the opening hours were. I was told 8am-7pm, but I would drive there after 8am and they were still closed and then come by around 6pm and they were closed again. Annoying to have an unlimited package, but not be able to use it. It's got better recently, but there will still be times when I roll up at 6:30pm and have to wait because they are in the tunnel cleaning, sometimes with parts off that need to be replaced before I can drive through. Other times of the day if there are two or three cars ahead of you, the wait can be super long. My payments have been deducted like clockwork, except the price has been changing. September I was charged $49.95, the next three months $53.45 and this month $49.95 again. There has been no explanation as to why I was charged an extra $3.50 for those three months. Also, no sign of any kind of a refund of course. The price is also too high. About $10 per month too high compared to similar car washes in Naples for comparable packages. My "Premium Express" package does a very poor job of actually drying my car and I always have to stop and finish it myself. When the manager stuck the bar code on my windshield we obvoiusly put it too far to the right, because 50% of the time the barrier to the next entrance will open instead of mine. That's super frustrating as I have to reverse out of my lane (sorry people behind me) and go through the next lane. Often the third lane will be closed, so I have to get out of my car, remove the cone and drive through. I have brought it to people's attention, but they just shrug. It's hardly ever the same person there. The turnover here is huge. Recently I saw there was a website to manage my account. I logged on initially to find out the reason for the overcharges, but payment history is not available. You can change your credit card or change your plan. You can even suspend your service for a while (but you are required to enter a date to resume service), but guess what you can't do? You can't cancel your service on the website! I think I'm done. There have been too many mistakes, the service is inconsistent and the price is too high. I'd like to cancel my service, please let me know how to do it. read more

The worst place to take your car. I took my nearly new car in last week for a wash. After I left I was driving towards Walmart and noticed my windshield with long scratched across it. At first I thought it might be dried soap but when I got home I noticed thin scratches all the way across my hood over my wind shield and on the roof of my car. I called the car wash spoke to the manager, Jose. He remembered me and asked me to send photos, I did. When I took my car in to show him today he looked at it and said he did not do it that I must've pulled something across the hood of my car, my windshield and the roof of my car. I was flabbergasted because allI asked him to do was to buff out the scratches! He said no and pointed it every tiny dent in my car. I like this car wash however my hubby and I both have black BMW X5's. Car wash 101 is you should spray down a car before ever putting a brush to it so it does not scratch the paint. Every time we go through the wash we have to tell them to NOT put a brush on our dry car and to spray it first. Then what they do is spray a little and then they do not pre brush!!!! It is sooo frustrating. I have even spoke to some of the managers and still no difference. Also we absolutely hate that they use masking tape to hold down the rear wiper and it leaves marks on our window and paint!!!!!! We are going to cancel because of this. The Dolphin opened in September on Collier blvd Next to the Goodyear and Racetrac Gas station just past the Marco Island Bridge I chose the Premium Package package for $16.The attendant was friendly and he offered me a free towel .The Car Wash only took 3 minutes to drive thru , I was amazed at the cleanliness of my car ! My Car Shined liked it was hand waxed ! Since i travel this road every day I signed up for the Unlimited Wash Plan . They placed a barcode on my windshield . So Now everytime i drive on Collier Blvd near Marco Island , i get a Car Wash without paying , the gate opens in 2 seconds without me paying each time .
