Could have used that to pay for ER and hospitalization caused by their "care". You can experience useless "therapy" like cut and paste or drum circle. You can expect to be used as a labor force by the facility. Chain gang with no chain. You will be run all over creation to AA meetings. Owner is heartless bastard and facility lacks basic business and health care techniques. I have found other people who they stole from. They have been reported to BBB and every service that refers to them.

I love being able to learn the same things my husband is learning in HIS recovery and be able to apply those principles to my own life to improve myself. Learning about healthy boundaries and codependency has taught me that the way I was reacting to his addictive behavior - being constantly angry and making threats - was unproductive. The Ranch helped my husband learn coping skills and really deal with the anger, resentments, and insecurities he was experiencing and trying to numb himself from - and he's achieved nearly three years of sobriety now. The staff at the support group really get to the heart of issues that we humans deal with in our family relationships and help with many helpful examples of a better way to deal with each other. My husband and I are both so much healthier now because of the recovery knowledge we've applied to our lives and continue to learn. We can calmly discuss differences without getting overly emotional, which has been wonderful. I will forever be grateful for the Ranch for helping us both heal and then come back together to have an emotionally healthy relationship! The incompetence started the day we arrived (Friday, 9/19) and is still going on this morning…read more(10/6)! There is NO supervisor available Friday nights and all day on Saturdays. There is nowhere to call and absolutely no one to help. Talk to your nurse...she was the problem! On Sundays the Director of Nursing is there. I spoke to her personally that 1st Sunday, the two sons had major complaints and received a call from the D.O.N. on the 2nd Sunday. We were all in a meeting to discuss the patient and what their prognosis was for him. The D.O.N., Director of Social Services, PT, and the Activities Leader. After the PT talked for most of the time, the Activities Leader asked the patient about his care. When he started telling about that very mornings lack of care, BOTH the D.O.N. AND D.O.S.S. WALKED OUT OF HIS ROOM! STATING THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER MEETING! THEY HAD NOT FINISHED THE MEETING THAT THEY WERE IN! I was so angry and disgusted at the fact that they left the Activity Leader alone to take our complaints, spoke VOLUMES on just how much they DON'T CARE and WHY WE ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS! All we got was excuses from her and I doubt she passed anything along - with the exception of stating how RUDE they were to leave! Filled out a Grievance/Complaint/Concern Form on the 3rd Sunday! However, you turn these forms in to the Director of Social Services, YES the same one that walked out with the Director of Nursing!! My grievance form will never be seen or acknowledged! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU CAN FEND FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! CALL LIGHTS ARE ON FOR HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE FINALLY COMES!

There is a nicely equipped therapy room/gym to meet most everyone's needs. The CNA's and nurses were exceptional, timely, and very responsive. There was a wide variety of meals with alternatives also available. I was very pleased with overall care I received and would recommend Thatcher Brook Rehab and Care Center to anyone needing the services they provide.

She recently broke her leg in two places and because of the type of injury she needed to go to a rehab center once again. Rocky Mount Clearfield was not our first choice, but at the time they were the only facility in our area with space available. She has been there going on six weeks now and I can not praise them enough for the improvements they have made since her first visit. I have a hard time believing this is even the same place. The staff that she interacts with (RNs, CNAs, PTs, OTs, transport, housekeepers, etc.) have all been top notch and professional. Physical and occupational therapy has been amazing in the amount of personal care and attention they have given her. The Dietary Director has really gone out of his way to help her get the high protein foods that she will eat (did I mention she is a picky eater). Overall the current staffing has treated her extremely well, the building itself seems to be spotless and well cared for, and the food is very much improved. If she ever needs a rehab of SNF facility in the future this will be at the top of our list.

Housekeepers are extremely ghetto and talk about personal lives around residents like doing drugs and partying. Nothing is done by the book and when state comes that's the only time anyone is doing their job correctly. Time clock fraud is a big issue here. The social workers there are entitled and not nice or welcoming at all. Frankly everyone who works here is just there for a paycheck not taking care of residents the right way.

Weeks before my surgery I was told by the doctor I needed to find a physical therapist and make an appointment 2 days after my surgery. I started my search including the area from Bountiful to Layton. I read the reviews on the business as a whole and each therapist individually, I would read the bios that was written by them and checked out their customers reviews. I would look at photos of the facilities, buildings, and equipment. I stopped in a few locations to get the feel of the place. Some were friendly and answered my questions and others were too busy to chat so I left. I stopped into Wasatch physical Therapy in Farmington, This place had plenty of easy parking, the entry and foyer was clean and inviting. I was greeted by a friendly front desk receptionist and I asked if I could talk about the services. A few minutes later the physical therapist Robert Drenning came up to the desk and talked about what I needed and how they could help. He is exactly the therapist I was hoping to meet. Wow what a great guy, Rob gave me a tour and I was pleased at what I've seen so I made my first appointment. He has worked with me for 10 weeks now and improving with every appointment. I'm so happy I choose Wasatch and Robert for my therapy. The entire crew there is great, very helpful and friendly, they all go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best therapy possible. They have helped me more than I say. I want to send a big Thank You to Robert for helping me get better.
