At that time I was informed that they did not take my insurance. I got another referral from my doctor and started over with another Physical Therapist. Then I got a bill for my co-pay of 3 visits from Restoration PT and it showed my insurance covered my visits. I called and questioned this and at that time was told that I was the only one that Aetna covered. If I had known I would not have started over with another Therapist. Now I have had to pay 3 additional co-pays that was not necessary. And Restoration still wants the money for these 3 co-pays. They should have known the situation with the insurance before my first visit

Weeks before my surgery I was told by the doctor I needed to find a physical therapist and make an appointment 2 days after my surgery. I started my search including the area from Bountiful to Layton. I read the reviews on the business as a whole and each therapist individually, I would read the bios that was written by them and checked out their customers reviews. I would look at photos of the facilities, buildings, and equipment. I stopped in a few locations to get the feel of the place. Some were friendly and answered my questions and others were too busy to chat so I left. I stopped into Wasatch physical Therapy in Farmington, This place had plenty of easy parking, the entry and foyer was clean and inviting. I was greeted by a friendly front desk receptionist and I asked if I could talk about the services. A few minutes later the physical therapist Robert Drenning came up to the desk and talked about what I needed and how they could help. He is exactly the therapist I was hoping to meet. Wow what a great guy, Rob gave me a tour and I was pleased at what I've seen so I made my first appointment. He has worked with me for 10 weeks now and improving with every appointment. I'm so happy I choose Wasatch and Robert for my therapy. The entire crew there is great, very helpful and friendly, they all go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best therapy possible. They have helped me more than I say. They contacted my insurance before I came in and I paid the amount that they requested, even though I felt the amount was high for the service I received. Now more than a year after the last time I went there, they are billing me more. It is so frustrating! I called their billing department and requested that we split the bill, since I feel they are at fault for not getting the right amount and then for waiting a year to bill me an additional amount for each visit. They don't feel they have any responsibility. I am just grateful that I didn't go more than the times that I went. Before you go here, plan on paying more than they say, because you will very possibly be billed for more than tell you it is going to be.

I'm not bragging, just the sad truth is, I'm the most unfriendly, impatient (especially with…read moremillennials), irritable and irritating, unpleasant introverted sociopath that youll ever meet. But EVERYONE here is just so much the opposite of all that, that they were able to... basically offset it, so that they just never saw that side to me. Some of the other patients might have, (I dont know if they ever said anything though, it never got back to me if they did) but ever since I was a child, I dont remember ever spending this much time with such a large group of people without being involuntarily removed at some point. From the receptionists who greet you to the aides who finish you up, and everyone in between, just an overall delight. I hope I never get hurt again, but if I do, Im coming here, and I recommend you do too (especially on M-W-F)
