Car wash was crappy and I paid for a vacuum token and did t receive one. Tried to print a receipt and it said it couldn't. Office was closed and phone hung up on me when calling. Avoid this place and go get a car wash somewhere else read more

I paid $17 for the diamond car wash and the car was still dirty when the car wash was done. Horrible and the vacuums were just as bad. Do not waste your money. read more

Just not impressed. It left soap all over the rear of my car, dirty spots on doors, the wheels don't even look like they got touched. The vacuum token that came with it only let me vacuum my drivers area, and not even half of my center console. I wasn't going to put more $ in to only vacuum the passenger side and then even more to vacuum the back seat. Won't return. Sorry. read more

Machine is always out of adjustment, Malfunctioning or something is just not working always leaves soap on the vehicle and dirty spots all round. read more

Not impressed at all. Very disappointed in the result for the price. It only washed 3/4 of the my truck. What did get cleaned still had a layer of dirt on that I was able to wipe of with my finger. 2nd time using this car wash with the same results. Will not be going back nor will I recommend over the hand wash spot down the street. The pictures are the back that didn't get clean. The tailgate looks like it didn't even get touched. read more

This car wash will make your car dirtier than it was before going in. Avoid this wash or you'll be upset you wasted your money. I couldn't believe how terrible this wash was. There are much better ones in town.. well actually, any other one in town is a better one. Don't expect to get a refund either, there is no one on site and they won't answer the phone. $13.00 for nothing. read more

I used the touch less wash for my brand new Ford Raptor, less than 600 miles on it. The wash scratched down the drivers side in 2 places. The fender flair was damaged the most. I spoke with Scott to let him know and he went into full defensive "angry" mode trying to give me a beat down on how it was impossible for the touch less wash to do that. He was rude and tried to use intimidation to make his point. He then decided to be condescending and invited me to come down and see how it couldn't possibly happen. At this point I had enough of his rage and hung up. Wash 13.99, repairs to a brand new vehicle 400.00. read more

I do not know why this is a new facility, but no one was available. My new wagon got minor dirt, it is not a box. plenty of curves cladding extra, Used the brush-less version, used this elsewhere and got beautiful results. However the vehicle looked like it was half cleaned, not sure if i will bother going there again, certainly no enthused to go again and make this my regular cleaning hole. read more

Yukon would not start. First time it went to Morin's, I had it towed. It recently had the timing…read morechain and starter replaced. It ran for a couple days and then would not start. At that point, I decided to just have it taken to a shop for further evaluation. I was thinking it was the fly wheel. That tow bill cost me $175.00 After a couple of days Morin's called me saying the timing was way off and it needed a new starter. This did not make any sense as the timing had just been checked and that was fine. The starter I had put on it was the correct starter for the Yukon and was purchased from Autozone. The starter needed is a gear driven starter. (more to come on this) I was told the Yukon had been fixed and the cost was 391.13. The cost included $210 for labor. Which was stated "verify starter isn't engaging the flexplate because it had the incorrect starter for vehicle" "found timing to be too far advanced causing starter to disengage." $166.13 was the charge for the starter Morin's put on it. As we drove the Yukon home it was not running good. The entire inside of the vehicle was covered in mold. When I got it home, I parked it for a couple days so we could get garage cleaned to move it in and clean all the mold. When I went to start it, it did the exact same thing as it did when I originally had it towed there. I called Morin's and told them they said they would come pick it up. I asked if it was covered under any time of warranty, especially since it was drove from their shop home and that was it. I was told she didn't know. After the Yukon had been there a couple of days, I was called and told the car couldn't be fixed. The reason given was the motor was not worth the cost of repair. After a couple days of trying to decide what to do, Morin's called me and asked me to bring them my title. Heck NO!!! Only because what they were saying made absolutely no sense. At this point I felt they were scamming me for my vehicle. After paying them another $211.50 they towed it back home. Once home, 2 friends who are mechanics came and looked at it. Within a matter of an hour, they found what the issue was. First, when Morin's had it for the first time. They switched number 3 & 5 spark plug wires. This being the reason it didn't run right on the way home. They put the wrong starter bolts on it with the wrong starter. They had the starter too shimmed. This is what it needed: the correct bolts and starter Cap and Rotor Spark plug wires to be put back in the correct place I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this shop. They knew I didn't have much money and this was my only transportation. They purposely made the Yukon not run right. The correct starter was expensive, costing $260. When they switched my expensive correct starter with the incorrect cheaper one. They claimed to have gotten rid of mine. That was mine and I never said they could keep it. I can share picture of everything. I am planning to file a small claim. I am not rich and was completely taken advantage of by MORIN's The Yukon is running great no thanks to MORIN
