Glad to have them in the area, and love the accessibility to stop in quickly on the way to somewhere else when we need to. It's right on Hwy. 101 - so it's a quick in and back out. Nice enough. The windshield wipers broke on my vehicle so I pulled into Napa and got a new pair. The windshield wipers they showed me were defective and fell apart within 5 mi after putting them on. The storm had gotten progressively worse so I walked to the nearest auto parts store to get new windshield wipers to put on so I could safely drive. Turns out since the windshield wipers were defective even though I have a receipt I'm not allowed to get a refund. I have to get the same exact part that I already paid for somewhere else or I get nothing at all. Don't shop Napa because if their product falls apart like mine did you'll be out that money unless you want to pay for a cab get a tow or catch a ride back to their store and their store closes earlier than every other store in town.

This past evening we almost got locked out of our RV when the entry door lock malfunctione. So, this morning I drove over to Tom's lock & key and was at their shop when they opened at 9am. After explaining my situation they followed me back to Baypoint Landing, a 10 minute drive from their shop, and they carefully removed the inside access panel from my entry door to the RV and adjusted the connected mechanism so that the door works properly. They were courteous and polite and spent an hour on the repair and the total cost for the service call including the labor to adjust the entry lock was $245.50.
