The last 3-4 holes on back nine is really nice and what makes this course, not bad track. This is a link style course with nice fairways, ridges, and fescue. The management and service is poorly run. No beverage attendant and staff in bar / restaurants upstairs were to busy talking among each other instead of waiting on guest. The course was solid, The management on the other hand, was some of the worst I've ever seen. When I asked if they sold beer the man behind the counter just glared at me and asked if I saw the sign that said no beer. Then once we got out on the course we were constantly harassed by the course ranger. In multiple occasions he gave us warnings for things we didn't do, and was following us the ghe majority of the back 9. We were not destructive, disruptive, and we kept pace. Our fault? Driving in the rough when we never did, celebrating to loudly after sinking a putt, and our "final warning" came from my friend forgetting a club on the edge of the green. I don't normally write reviews, but I couldn't help myself after seeing someone rate this 1 star based on a slow round during Father's Day. It's a phenomenal course. Arguably the best value in West Michigan, the only other course of similar dollar value is pilgrims run. Only downside is that it's not very convenient, but it's definitely worth the trip. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Used to come every year for Father's Day and used to love it. They began overbooking every single day to the point there would be 5 carts on every tee box. I waited 25 minutes to tee off from each hole. Waste of time and money. read more
