Cindy had everything arranged down to the very smallest detail. We had a fabulous hotel in Cairo Egypt then on a marvelous cruise down the Nile only to return to Cairo for an additional four days. She helped us get a private tour guide and driver for the days before and after the cruise. She arranged pick up from our house to the airport and returning us to our home when we came back. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and to do some work in my room. The view is nice if you have the river view. There are robes and slippers, which was nice since it was really cold. The shower was huge and I wish I'd explored the setting better. It would be a little loud at night with people talking and slamming doors, but that's probably everywhere to an extent. The things that could have been better were room service. I don't think they have it. In which case, you eat out or go down to the casino for a super smoky experience. I thought the casino would be fun and it was ok, but it wasn't Vegas - LOL. Also, my room came with breakfast, which was a small honor system buffet. It was nice to grab some coffee and a bagel before heading to my meetings. Though the Doubletree is my favorite hotel in the area, it was fun to try something different and I'd be open to staying at this property again.
