They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

The panels on the front of my truck don't line up, which is relatively apparent. My driver's side window has deep scratches from the accident that were not addressed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the windshield had not been installed. This took another two days. I have to be perfectly honest: I don't care how they put the parts back on.....the truck is not the same. I am going to take it to another shop for an evaluation of the work performed.

After the insurance company got involved and a repair shop was chosen, Dallas somehow became the towing company and that towing charge ballooned to $1,300! From what I understand, all they did was tow it from the original towing company in Booneville to the Westside of Evansville.
