Go anywhere else! There's a nice lot about 20 minutes north of this place I'd highly recommend! These guys are not even remotely honest salesmen. Showing me a NADA for our camper to trade and pricing it 5k below the actual NADA. Absolute crooks who act like you're getting a good deal. The salesmen literally told us "I don't care if you buy it, I'm not making any money on the sale". Immediately, not like a few minutes in. Blew a tire thankfully near this rv service center. Because they could not fit us in till the next morning, they let us plug in, water up and stay in their lot. Our Sprintervans propane heater quit in N Platte in November on our way across country and back. We stopped by and even though they were incredibly busy, gave us a few hours of their time to troubleshoot and then replace our thermostat. We are so grateful (and much more comfortable). Our brand new RV that we puchased in April has been in the service department at Basden's since the first week in May. It is now almost September. This is going on the fifth month! The length of time to simply fix a torn canopy due to high winds, and redo some paint work related to scratches is unheard of! The insurance check arrived for them, as they reported they received it, since June. I would venture to say that this sets a record for repair work...we have not been able to use our new RV since we bought it after our maiden voyage. We are very dissapointed in the service that Basden's has given, and lack of communication as to when it will be finished. I would recommend to never use this facility for any repairs. read more

I have a brand new Forest River camper and BJ Wright said they will not fix the problems it has while it is under warranty. But they will be happy to help me once the warranty has expired. And they are a Forest River dealer! Don't go there! I have the emails to prove this. read more

These people are fantastic! They were super busy, but squeezed us in to look at our inverter. We were traveling across country in frigid conditions when it went out and we had no heat! They installed a convertor for us as a temporary fix so we could keep on moving. They were dog friendly (our chocolate lab agrees) and they were more than fair with parts and labor costs. I would not recommend buying anything. We bought a used camper in March of 2018 and made them well aware that we would be using it to move from Indiana to Alaska in May. First off the sway bars snapped when we turned. Then our tire blew in Washington and one of the rods that hold the tire on was completely cross threaded and end up snapping trying to get the tire off, ( they must of been aware of that problem because they had new rods on the other tires). Now here we are in Alaska getting our camper ready for winter only to find extensive water damage! We were told they put a new roof and underneath on due to a defect, not water damage! They covered up the damage with a tac strip and caulking! Now my family is out a camper that we payed over $7000 for not even a year ago! They put our children at risk! read more

Purchased a BRAND NEW camper in June of 2013. The first time we took it on a trip nothing electrical worked, the AC went out ( with our dogs inside!) the frame bent. Took it to Basden's and they repaired the frame and fixed all electrical problems (took 2 months). We brought it home, it rained the next day, and the entire inside of the camper was soaking wet due to a leak in the roof. They then replaced the camper with the exact model ( 6 months later). We took the new one out on a trip and the frame bent in the exact spots the last camper did. Dropped it back off at Basden's to be "repaired" again. They said everything was repaired and it was ready to be picked up (2 months have gone by). We go to pick it up and they're were bubbles in the roof membrane which could indicate a leaking area, storage door underneath does not close, kitchen is now missing the backsplash and the anti skid tape is missing of the exterior stairs. It is now being sent to the manufacturer AGAIN to supposedly be fixed. We paid quite a bit of money for this "vacation home on wheels" that we have been able to use 3 times in 2 years. This has been the biggest nightmare purchase EVER:( read more
