Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs pre-op testing, due to their mistakes my surgery had to be rescheduled!

What a joke, it was anything but a primary care visit. Months later I received an additional bill for $60.50 on top of the $20.00 which was already paid. When I stopped in the office the staff told me to call a number to have the issue resolved. I called the number numerous times with NO return call. I was released shortly after thereafter and it has taken me nearly a week to recover physically and emotionally from the ill treatment I endured at this facility. It's hard to believe that in this day and age that this shoddy treatment of patients exists. I have spoken to several people that also have horrible experiences at this facility.

He took care of all the pre-op stuff and we were here at 6AM this morning for the 8AM surgery slot. Everybody I've come into contact with has been attentive and wonderful conversations have taken place amongst all the family awaiting news of their loved ones. Heated political discussions galore and I've enjoyed every minute with this group of people I will probably never see again. I've also learned this establishment is the only birthing center in Charlotte county- every time a baby is born a 'rockabye baby' lullaby plays over the paging system...so congratulations and God bless the family with the brand new addition this morning! Blessings to all the staff who have given as good as gotten from my stoned-out-of-his-mind pops. Your hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed by this concerned daughter. Thank you!
