I was Doctor Reiss's 1st patient that day. When entering the pre-operative unit, my pre-op nurse was waiting and very welcoming and progressing through her part of my procedure. While in pre-op I was visited by my anesthesiologist, Doctor Reiss, a nurse anesthetist who explained what his part was going in my procedure and answering all questions. Upon arrival in the operating room, I was greeted by least 4 nurses. My nurse anesthetist was there again explaining what he was doing and lights out. The floor nurse was great. Then the PT and OP ladies helped in getting me cleared to go home. Couldn't ask for a better hospital or staff! Thanks to all; Sam

Apparently the new patient scheduler can't be bothered to remember to tell people this because several other people came in at the same time and weren't told, and I've seen it in several comments. I was able to complete my paperwork quickly enough, but they threatened to reschedule my appointment. I honestly wish they would have because Dr Aref is a joke. How can you look at an elderly, disabled person, in severe pain, that he only does injections? I'm open to injections for my back, but the worst of my pain is from something that cannot be fixed with injections. How many injections do these people think 1 elderly person can handle? Plus spine injections are still not FDA approved! This place is just a racket to charge insurance whatever they want for these injections. Avoid at all costs! Her clinic near my family's home is a sliding scale nonprofit which makes it really affordable to do multiple sessions which is how this type of therapy works best. After traveling long hours I had terrible sinus pain and pressure, as well as some neck pain - - - So far I've been to two sessions and found it really helpful. You can use the website or phone to set up a consult or appointment . She also offers some Chinese herb supplements and B12 here. Limited hours but something for everyone . Treatment space is an open, clean & cozy community style room with a consultation office in the back. Bring your earbuds for extra chill. Heat lamps are a bonus during treatment . I left three messages for Jenifer in the financial department with zero return calls. In the end my surgery was canceled without my knowledge the night before the surgery date due to nonpayment, I was unaware that I could not provide payment at time of intake. I had to return to my personal doctor for a new referral. Long story short I am still walking around with a broken hand three weeks later. The pain is unreal but the Advanced Orthopedic center could not care less.

None of the bathrooms have hot water, which is not just uncomfortable, it's a serious health code violation. As a patient, I came here expecting care, safety, and professionalism, but instead, I felt like my well-being was being completely disregarded. The conditions are downright depressing. I can't imagine how the employees manage to work here every day under such unsafe and unhygienic circumstances. My heart goes out to them, because no one should have to be subjected to this kind of environment just to earn a paycheck. To make matters worse, the chiropractor made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during my visit. His manner and approach gave me the absolute ICK -- a feeling I can't shake. I left not only concerned about my health, but shaken and deeply unsettled. I am honestly baffled that a place like this is allowed to operate. Patient safety and basic hygiene standards should be a non-negotiable priority in any healthcare setting, yet RejuvenX fails on every level.
