I was referred to his practice by a friend who assured me he's not just "one of those doctors" who just want to take your money and send you on your way. I made my appointment over the phone with an extremely friendly front desk staff member who helped to fit me in during a tough week (right before Christmas holiday) because I wanted them done to show my family. When I arrived with my friend who was also getting her lips filled for the second time, they let me watch her since they knew I was so nervous about the process. Dr. Martin not only showed, but explained in detail, in PEOPLE terms, what exactly he was doing.. and why and how. When it was my turn to get in the chair I was no longer nervous. He let me ice my lips for as long as I wanted until they were numbed up, the nurses also surrounded me to make sure I was okay while showering me with kind words as if I was one of their own. My procedure went 10xs better than expected and I was so happy with the way my lips came out. Unlike MANY doctors, Dr. Martin offers a two week check up to re-visit you lips and will fix or add more if you feel you lost your plump. I am so happy I found him because not only is he trustworthy and caring about each individual patient .. he sees you as a person not a dollar sign.
