5 stars for three reasons…read more 1. They accept my insurance and I had no co-pay or out of pocket expense....even when I needed a crown! woo hoo!! (btw, I have Aetna dental). 2. Friendly and organized front desk staff. No attitude, not condescending, not pushy. They will even work with you and call you if there is a cancellation to fit you in according to your schedule. 3. Great dentists. My husband ( and numerous friends who recommended this practice, see Dr. Mully and sing his praises as kind and gentle.) For those wimps like my husband who either can't take pain or want to get high...this practice offers nitrous oxide (or laughing gas in laymans terms). Just this September a new associate was hired. You are not going to believe this one. The new dentist's name is Tully. That's right.... MULLY & TULLY.. LOL LOL. Anyway, I saw Dr. Tully. Loved him. Soft spoken, explained everything on my Xrays, did my cleaning (and while scraping my teeth with that lovely metal torture instrument) asked numerous times, "You ok?" I cannot even tell you how reassured we were when dealing with a sticky situation for my daughter. His gentle demeanor and the assistant's kind and helpful touch were exactly what my girl needed. Dr Vallese explained everything he had to do - he was very thorough. His assistant worked to keep my daughter calm and reassured her every step of the way. She came in very afraid and left that office asking when she could come back for a cleaning! I cannot say enough good things! And most importantly, the work they performed was well done and she's had no issues since. We did go back for a cleaning and the hygienist was great too. Based on our conversation, they would be happy to see him, but there's no point right now. His previous dentist was a very loved pediatrician, Dr Michael Reale, who recently retired. My son had a cavity filled today. Cavity was diagnosed with confidence-immediately and without any hesitation. (Had a bad experience elsewhere with this tooth....) Appointments run on time, dentist is caring, personable, relatable, understanding and compassionate. Office staff feel life I've known them for years- very friendly and sweet. Dentist explained procedure step by step to me and my son and had him at ease for his filling without the "laughing gas". I was a little nervous about that... Very happy we found this office.
