I was seen by a nurse practioner who gave me some tips none of them were helpful. They recommended me endoscopic proceedure for which They charged me 1000 dollars upfront , I paid that money in cash in good faith. They billed my insurance and Later they send me bill of 265 dollars as my deductible. I called several times to clarify the issue that office has already charged me 1000 dollars and each time they said that I still have to pay the amount. Frustrated with their staff I called up my insurance and asked for clarification,they told me that the doctor office is in contract with the insurance and they are not suppose to charge you the amount. The kind insurance lady made a three way call and clinic staff admitted that they are at fault and THEY OWE ME THE MONEY. So this is the case of over billing and fraud billing which is not resolved till date . I never recieved my money back which should roughly between500 to 700 dollars. If I call them they just put me on hold for several hours. Carolina who is handling this issue Shd be hold accountable cos this issue is still ongoing. I DONT TRUST THIS DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF

They are really nice people on top of being great Doctors. I wasn't very comfortable when I arrived for my 1st Colonoscopy but the Ladies at the Front quickly made me feel relaxed and glad I came. I wasn't handed a bunch of papers to fill out like some other Medical places do. Everything was nice and seamless and quick but not rushed. The staff were all extremely nice. Dr. Gorcey is a devoted master endocrinologist, who always seems to be on the cutting edge of his field, using the newest medical advancements, and eliminating reasons for patients to be nervous about having the procedures done. His staff exudes the same upbeat/positive attitude that resides in him. Each staff member appears to understand the importance their own roles in the entire process and to the patient. Each step, from signing in through recovery was well coordinated and went amazingly smooth. It is so good (and not so common in my experience) to see a medical staff that is so well trained, operates in a teamwork mentality, and is happy to be doing what they are doing. All of this (and the new same day 2-hour prep!) made for another very positive experience for me as a patient.
