He kept saying in 15 minutes and 15 minutes then it got so late he said you better find your own way. We ended up missing our flight and spending overnight in DC missed a day of work and I didn't get home till Sunday night, he said he would reimburse us, but we have not heard anything of that and he is not answering our calls Ted the driver worst experience at least apologize for your screwup I would not recommend this company. We had to pull over to check on the vehicle and for the drive to make a call to the owner who informed him to keep on driving and he could not come pick us up. Thankfully we made it back (the car was jerking and could not exceed a certain speed). After the ride we were still charged the additional hour and a half (although we were traveling well under the speed limit due to the car's issues. When called they offered to credit us $30. Please make sure you read the fine print carefully and ask how old the vehicles are (ours was old). For the price, it should be better service. I would not suggest using them, I would choose an alternate company in the area.

Hired William's Limo service to drive my son and his date to his prom dinner and event. We used…read morethe sedan car he had. He was very nice on the phone and quickly communicated over email and he informed me that his wife would be the driver, no problem as he said she was licensed to drive. The car was on time for the day of the event , big problem their was someone in the passenger seat. When I asked who was in the car she informed me it was her mother,,, really!!!! She apologized and said should have called to ask if it was ok. Needless to say my son was very disappointed and bothered and we did not have a choice seeing he would have been late for dinner and his prom if I made her take her home. So he had to suck it up. It looked like he was being driven by his Aunt and Grandmother to the prom. I spoke to William several days later and he informed me that it was a "training ride" for his mother-in-law to become a driver to help out. Interesting fact, mother-in-law, was not in the car when my son was dropped off at 11:30 PM that night. I think it was a chance for his wife and mother-in-law to have a night out while they waited while the prom was going on. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the professionalism that was shown and would not recommend William's. I also paid top dollar for the evening and the price I paid was in the ball park of other companies. Figured I would try to help a local guy out. He did offer me a free upgrade and a 20% discount off my next rental, but don't plan on using a limo service anytime soon. A 100 dollar refund would have been better, but William was not willing to do that. Just make sure your not being used as a training run when you book your car with him. My neighbors and I will not be using his service in the future.
