My husband and I were starving after our long flights from Rotterdam to Dublin and then to Dulles International. We had to pull over to check on the vehicle and for the drive to make a call to the owner who informed him to keep on driving and he could not come pick us up. Thankfully we made it back (the car was jerking and could not exceed a certain speed). After the ride we were still charged the additional hour and a half (although we were traveling well under the speed limit due to the car's issues. When called they offered to credit us $30. Please make sure you read the fine print carefully and ask how old the vehicles are (ours was old). For the price, it should be better service. I would not suggest using them, I would choose an alternate company in the area.
