Let me just start with this. I have been here before and gotten OK manicures and pedicures. But the owner is on if the most rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. A really nice lady was giving me a well detailed pedicure when this lady walks up to do my manicure. They had me soaking off my SNS for the entire length of my spa pedicure. She removed my hands started filling them all while saying nothing. I asked her for her assisting me with picking a color she said just look there. Then I asked her to cut my and to please please maintain the shape. I have maintained a nice almond shape for months. This lady proceeded to make them a short pointed mess. When I asked her about it. Really mixed reviews. They always do the job but sometimes they seem really annoyed to be doing it. It's not the greatest job I've ever received. I requested a manicure and just got nail polish. That's not a manicure in my book. Maybe that's just my experience. read more

I went to this place for the first time since they have ever moved. I am really picky about my nails but I walked away satisfied. I really love my nails so I know I will be returning. They charge you for every little thing but I still did not pay as much as I have other places. Ask for Leing. I am not sure if I spelled her name right. Horrible service ! Went there and had to wait almost 3 hours after being the second person there . Then I want a new full set and he didn't take them off with acetone but he clipped off the acrylic instead damaging my real nails . I ask for just overlay with acrylic and he says I must use fake tips because he doesn't know how to do overlay with foil so I ask him to let someone else do it instead and tjat was another wait . My favorite place to get my nails done. They know my girls and I. Service is good and the finishing product is even better.

This place is located next to Little Caesars by Kroger on Salem Rd. I found this place roaming around to get my nails done. I'm super picky about who does my nails because my mom had her own spa in NY. I walked in nervous and a nice gentlemen greeted me and asked me what I wanted. He told me to pick a color which was a little limited. I suggest you print your own color. I got gel nails with gel polish ($40) I love them! He did an amazing job. I will definitely be returning to get a fill in. read more

Great pedicure! Rose took her time, was efficient and did a great job. There is minimal wait time. The salon is neat and clean.

I've been going for about 10years and have always witness the rudeness is the ladies however today I've experienced it myself. Diane was very very rude and disrespectful just because they charged me for a service I did not received and I simply asked and said "it's ok keep it as a tip". She went off in my face because I said I will never come back to this place. Totally uncalled for. Again I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone. Do not come here. I was overcharged Bc of my looks, seriously. She saw my designer attire and neatly crafted ombré nails and saw dollar signs. She sent me to someone then decided she's keep me for herself. Needless to say she could NOT do Solar nails. The producers melted on my nails and was very uneven. I also received a pedicure in which my old color wasn't even completely taken off. If I could give it no stars I would! Worst place ever! read more

I normally visit this salon and without having any problems but on Sunday 05/01, I went there for Mani/Pedi and Eyebrow. I have no complaints concerning the pedicure but when it came time for the tech to do my nails. I guess she was in a rush, she cut my skin with the nail file. I never got my manicure. She removed the old gel polish and started to apply the new polish. No manicure given. Her work was messy and I had gel polish all over my hands. She didn't even get the edge of my nails. So much gel polish was applied that my nails look thick with half polish on many of them. Being past frustrated when it was time to check out, she tried to charge me full price. I asked to speak with the manager which was Diane. OMG, she was so rude and unprofessional. Diane told me I should have gotten a manicure and my nails would look better. I then showed her the paper that I signed in on stating I wanted a manicure but the tech didn't do one. At this time we are going back and forth about the actually cost. I will never go back to this place at all. I will continue to tell others about the service I received because at the end of the day, your in a business dealing with customer. Please do not waste your time or your MONEY at this place that considers themselves a nail shop. First of all, they will not respect what you as a customer would want. They didn't respect what I asked and was going to have me walk out with nails Square on one hand and Round on the other. When I told the technician she started going off started yelling talking about me and the owner had someone else to take over. My nails were not smooth and the polish was smeared on one. I brought it to the owners attention Diane and she went off started yelling at me and then when I told her to just check me out she said "GOOD" and the other workers in the background were yelling yeah just check her out. No customer service skills at all and No customer should have to experience that when you are paying for services. I even went as far as trying to show the smear to the guy that works there he wouldn't even look at it and he has done my nails since they were at the old location. He referred me to the owner. They charged 50 bucks for gel nails that were jacked up and a pedicure. Businesses that provide poor services and rudeness as this should be closed down. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as well. Warning do not experience the rudeness and poor service......
