First time client and I am VERY happy with my nails. The customer service was amazing. They are very patient and detail oriented. I was so indecisive on my color I kept switching my color lol but they didn't mind and was very patient. I got a gel pedicure and a short full set gel. I paid $50 for my hand and $45 for my feet. So I paid $95 for everything plus I tipped. The prices are very reasonable!! I came in with gel on my toes, I don't think they charged me for take off. Not sure. Even if they did, the price is still fair. Lisa did an amazing job on my feet! I didn't get my nail techs name but she did a lovely job also. My birthday is coming up and they wished me a happy birthday. So sweet! read more

Halfway through my dip manicure, the nail tech openly admitted to never having done a dip manicure before. The final product was indicative of this. I am incredibly disappointed with this $50 set. The powder is thick on my nails, and there are obvious gaps in the layers. I should have known considering the salon atmosphere was not very professional, and the cleanliness was questionable. My daughter was having toe pain for quite a while. I tried to get that dead, decrepit, ingrown toenail off..... to no avail. I just knew, that my broke butt, would be taking her to a specialist to get it removed. But God! I remembered that my mom had the same problem, and went to a nail salon to get it taken care of. I searched high and low for an open nail place (including the one my mom went to.) It was almost 8:00 pm and nothing thisaway (yup, thisaway,) was open. I was like, bump it, I'll see if the one at Walmart can do it. On my way to Walmart, I saw this nail salon. I looked in the door from my car, and it said they closed in 15 minutes. We knocked on the door, because the technician had it locked. She was the only one there, so I didn't blame her. When we went in, I told her my daughter was in pain and had an ingrown toenail. The technician said "they call me the foot doctor. I'll get it out for you." I looked at her, smiled, and did the little jiggle dance, that Shaq do on those commercials. My daughter picked her color, got in the chair, and Lisa (the technician,) went to work. She got that stubborn, ingrown toenail out! The technician and I, was having different conversations. One of which was if she wanted me to paint my daughter's finger nails. I told her no, because she bites them and it would be a waste of time and money. Lisa's husband had walked in and waited for her to get off. He cleaned up the shop and such. He was so funny. He is the ghetto type funny, that just put a cherry on top of that night. He was great. Shoot, I'd go back just to be entertained by him. After my daughter was finished, we was about to leave. I paid the money for the pedicure and left a $20 tip. As soon as Lisa saw the tip, she said to my daughter, "come sit down. Your mama took care of me, so I'mma take care of you." The reason I was leaving a bigger tip than usual, was because she saved me money. It would have been exceptionally more, to take my daughter to a podiatrist. Y'all, Lisa stayed until 9:15, giving my 10 year old daughter a manicure with gel polish. She hooked my daughter up! She said that the gel would last longer and give her a reason not to bite her nails. She was right. My daughter hasn't bitten her nails and has raved about it for the last week. Thank you Lisa!!!! Decided to try this place for my mom as it was nearby and such a great place and people both Lisa and Cindy were very accommodating with my mom being in wheelchair, I called ahead of time they took as right away great service would come back and recommend to others. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. They were very friendly and extremely nice, i can say that, however the skills were below average. I paid $65 and went straight to my regular nail salon the next day. I couldn't even bare to look at my nails for more than 24hours. They probably do well with regular things but SNS is a definitely NO. read more

Went to this salon out of necessity as another place I have frequented couldnt take me. I had a pedicure and sns nails done. The pedicure was ok but the sns nails were hideous. When the services were complete I didnt realize just how bad the sns nails were plus I was in a hurry to get to a wedding rehearsal dinner so I had to go. Well after I left I saw just how bad my sns nails actually were they were all lumpy, some of my nails actually showed the dip powder rather than the shine they are supposed to. I couldnt go back before the wedding as it was the next day which was a saturday anyway I returned on monday but they were conveniently closed for the week for vacation. I didnt return to have them do my nails again as I would never subject myself to that again but rather to get a refund. I dont know how this person was licensed if she even was that is. Just awful, go elsewhere if you can!!!! read more

This was my first time at this location. I had a pedicure done. Nail tech was friendly and did what I asked. Great selection of polish colors. Massage chairs were in good working order. This is a pretty plain and simple spot - and could probably use some dusting. The pedicure was $20. read more

Nail Love is a nice place to go for inexpensive nails--not a fancy shop or updated decor, but good basic work. I just went for the second time, and the owner remembered me from a visit 9 months ago. She also does a good job on eyebrows. =) read more

I had previously done my nails here, and they looked good but started to peel within a week. Out of convenience, I decided to give it another try since it is close by. While sitting patiently waiting to get a manicure I was accused of stealing by one of the lunatics working there. Apparently she thought I took money from her nearby purse when she couldn't find it the first time she looked in the purse. I asked her if she was referring to me and she repeatedly yelled at me "yes you took my money". All this happening while she is rummaging through her purse and of course she DID find the money she accused me of taking. Let me tell you these people are disgusting in how they would like to jump to conclusions and to treat you! If I could give zero stars I would. Do not be fooled and go spend your good money elsewhere. They have no respect for people and I wouldn't waste my money or my time there. read more
