It was available quick. Great customer service but i think i had some new. I was visiting a friend and she's a regular there. We dropped in on a whim and all was well except his skills needed honing. I always get my nail short and square. They were too short too thick on the acrylic and too wide. I appreciate the effort and everyone has to start somewhere. I never went back not due to the experience just not my side of town and now i live out of state. I usually would give a second chance. All that to say. Everyone has an off day. read more

Good salon with great customer service. i treated my Mum and Uncle to spa pedicures here and they loved them. Shout out to Denny who expertly took care of my dear Mum! Why minus two stars? - they only offered gel nail polish for my Mum's pedicure - NOT GOOD. We're not ladies who regularly get our nails done, so just the basic nail polish is good for us. Gel also isn't healthy for your nail bed, so it would be nice for them to stock additional non-gel options. - the SMELL of the salon is nearly unbearable. As soon as you open the door, the intense smell of nail polish remover smacks you in the face. All of the workers wear masks, and as soon as my uncle and Mum arrived, i made sure they put their masks on. It can't be healthy to inhale that stuff even for 5 minutes! I feel so bad for the nail technicians who deal with it, but it's clear that the facility needs way better ventilation. i know nail salons aren't going to smell like roses, but the smell is truly unacceptable at this spot. Overall, i recommend this salon for their customer service, great nail art, and technicians who are clearly very talented. i just wish the health and safety of lungs of the patrons and workers were more of a priority. read more

I came to the salon for the first time yesterday with my mom to get a full set. My mom had spoken highly of this place, so I thought I would give it a try too. I was totally impressed! The owner, Danny, did my nails; they were amazing! I loved the patience he took with every nail and design on each finger. I had not idea that the polish was glow in the dark until I went to bed last night and saw my nails dimly glowing. I was so surprised; it made me love them even more! My mom was right; I will definitely be back when I am in town from college. Highly recommend this place! My mom had a different person today do her nails; this was the third person at this salon who has done SNS for her. She was very happy with the result! She stated "Danny was right; my first time here he said all technicians were really good; I have not been disappointed yet!" Keep up the great customer service and work! read more

I was looking for a good nail tech in the Conyers area and I think I've found him! I found Andy on Instagram and came to his shop and I'm so happy I've found this shop. The staff are friendly and Andy the the perfect nail technician. He is very detailed in his work. I showed him a picture I found and he did an amazing job. The place is clean and inviting. I'll be returning in the future especially if I have an event and need my nails done beautifully. The price isn't bad either so I definitely recommend this shop and especially Andy. read more

Unprofessional to cancel not once but twice, my future sister Inlaw in less than 24 hours had an appointment scheduled for a month, received a last minute cancellation, rescheduled only to get cancelled on again. She's getting married tomorrow and is now left with out her nails done for her wedding. Seriously need to do better for your customers if you want to keep them... she tried on several occasions to confirm her appointment and did not get any response, she drove there only to find out the second appointment had been cancelled as well. Literally made an appointment one month and one day in advance for my wedding nails, just be canceled on the day of and asked to come the day before my wedding instead, so I agreed and checked in again to make sure there was no cancellations before I drove 40 minutes. Called multiple times since google says they open at 9:30, with no answer, so just started driving to risk it. Well, then I get there at 10:11 (11 minutes past my appointment time, even though we've waited over an hour before when they were behind) and waited 9 more minutes to be told sorry they can't take me!!!!! Bc the next appointment was in 40 minutes and that wasn't enough time to do my French chrome tips. I had some good nails in the past but this has been the final straw. I've been so patient, waited hours on appointments when they were late, overcharged and lied to. But this is just ridiculous, horrible customer service. Literally even brought Andy (the nail tech) a birthday present since the reason he canceled my first appointment I scheduled a month in advance was because it was his birthday, and he had plans, because I've always tried to be understanding and kind to him. read more
