I would give this realtor a zero if I could. They charged me $695 for a transaction fee on a…read more$12,000 land deal. When i signed the closing statement the fee was not on there but 4 days later I got an "updated" closing statement with the fee. I went back to the original contract and in tiny small letters under Additions was the $695. I had already signed so I was F*cked. I had already agreed to a 10% commission which is higher than normal but I was okay with that. Out of the $1200 commission, my realtor got $174 the rest was dispersed among the "team". I am livid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS a with this crappy business. To rip off their employee and to charge $695 for a small land deal is outrageous. I offered to pay $100 and it was a big NO! There is a big reason why they have a 3 out of 5 on reviews. I emailed Scott Lander and he said he would have taken the fee off if I hadn't cussed at one of his team members... yeah, okay...Bad Business. stay away but if you do business with them read every single line and and keep every piece of correspondence. Don't do anything over the phone that you can't document.
