This was my third set of breast implants. He did an amazing job, and I am truly happy with my results. What people should understand is that they need to make time for full recovery. Dr. Krau's work is 50%; the other 50% is up to the patient for great results. "Refused to see a patient in pain for being 12 minutes late"…read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The day before my appointment, I paid $59 for a consultation because I was experiencing dental pain. I was told to return the next day to continue with the treatment. Unfortunately, I arrived 12 minutes late to my appointment and the staff refused to see me. Even after explaining that I was in pain and that I had already paid for the consultation the day before, they canceled my appointment and told me I would have to wait another full week to be seen. Because of the pain I am experiencing, I cannot wait another entire week for treatment. I now have to seek care at an emergency dental clinic to address this problem. Unfortunately, this also means I lost the $59 I paid for the consultation, since I was ultimately unable to receive treatment at this office. I understand that clinics have schedules to follow, but refusing to see a patient in pain over a 12-minute delay felt extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional, especially after I had already paid and was asked to return the next day. I expected more understanding and compassion from a healthcare provider. Sadly, this experience made me feel like patients are treated more like appointments on a schedule than people who may actually be suffering.

I was diagnosed with tendinitis, had an ultrasound for blood clots that…read morecame out negative, was told to wear a boot for 3 weeks and prescribed pain medication that can induce blood clots, only to find out I had 4 blood clots in my leg after admitting myself to the emergency room 3 weeks after the treatment. After the 3 weeks of "treatment" that clearly wasn't working, I saw the doctor with a massively swollen leg and was simply told to continue to wear the boot and take more medication! 2 days later I admitted myself to the emergency room. To make matters worse, when I asked his assistant why they didn't perform another ultrasound after my leg was massively swollen at the calf which in itself most likely signifies a blood clot, she said my insurance only covers one ultrasound per 6 month period. My insurance said that was incorrect, that I'm covered for an unlimited amount of ultrasounds. After all that, and sending multiple emails to the office explaining what happened to me having to go to the emergency room, no one even responded! No one cared whatsoever about my situation that was in all likelihood caused by the treatment from this doctor. Horrible, horrible experience to say the least. Patient beware.
