I normally let things go, but when I saw the flowers my mom received I couldn't resist. I emailed the flower shop to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the flowers delivered. They replied stating that I had ordered the "small" arrangement and that they put extra flowers in the arrangement, as if he was doing me a favor. I checked the website again, thinking I might have ordered the wrong size. Nowhere in my order or even the site does it state what size you are buying. I'll leave it up to you guys and decide. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
