I left a note for the florist that the recipient loves bright colors, roses, and exotic flower to help with the decision. I'm in a different time zone and the day was passing by without an update. I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

My bouquet, the bouquets for all of the bridesmaids, the high top centerpieces (which 6 were also repurposed from the columns from my outdoor ceremony), the 5 arch pieces for my outdoor ceremony (which were then repurposed to fit on my fireplace at my venue as well as the sweetheart table), and the flowers and candles during cocktail hour and the reception were all perfect! People raved at how beautiful my flowers were. I mention how she was able to repurpose some of the flowers to fit in different areas of the venue because this was extremely important to me and cut down the cost significantly instead of having to use double the flowers for these areas. Joann is the type of person that does quality work and will not try to over-charge you on pricing. The price of flowers are expensive in itself, but Joann will do whatever she can to make sure she stays within your budget. I explained what I wanted to several other florists when I was describing my vision, and the quotes I received for the same exact thing were well over what she had charged. I cannot recommend her enough! She is my favorite vendor that I worked with!

One thing that was important to me was ordering from a true local florist rather than one of the large online flower brokers. After some searching, I found this shop and placed my order online. The problem was that I placed the order well after the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Shortly after ordering, Todd called me personally to explain that their driver was already out making deliveries and that it was unlikely the flowers would arrive that day. I told him I understood and mentioned that it was for my friend's birthday. That's when Todd said something I don't hear very often anymore: "You know what? I'll make sure your friend's flowers are delivered today no matter what." And he did. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, this level of care and commitment is incredibly rare. Todd went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her birthday flowers on time. To top it off, my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful. She was genuinely impressed, and so was I. Outstanding customer service, gorgeous flowers, and people who truly care about their customers.
