I asked her to numb me and she told me numbing it would hurt even more. The procedure she did was not one that would stop ingrown toenails from coming back. (My new podiatrist explained to t to me.) It's a temporary fix, which means I may have to have the procedure again. This time it will be done properly and with numbing! 2. She sent the sample out from my ingrown toenails and they results came back with a positive result for a fungus in. It's toes. She refused to treat me for the fungus. She told me if I keep getting pedicures the fungus won't go away. I found out that was false information from the podiatrist that I went to for a second opinion. 3. She and her nurse are blunt and rude! I am thankful to have found a new podiatrist that can help my feet heal!

First, he's a huge fan of treating foot problems without surgery. This is a Good Thing, because operations on the foot can cause all sorts of complications! Second, unlike most podiatrists, if you get orthotics, he doesn't just hand you a pair and send you on your way--if you continue to have problems, he'll have you back in a week or two and see about making adjustments. For me, this was crucial. Third, unlike most doctors, it's not just him treating you. He has a common area and a small army of nurses who help with treatment as well. This reduces the wait time for an appointment. Most of my appointments take less than an hour from entering the office to leaving it. A more specific story about non-surgical treatment--many years ago I had a morton's neuroma (pinched nerve) in my foot which was resolved. But about 2 months ago, it came back! I set up an appointment with Dr. Diamond, and because it was not too severe, he was able to treat it with acupuncture. After 3 sessions over the last two weeks, I am feeling much better and no longer walking with a limp! 6/5 stars.

The way Dr. D'Ortone's demeanor changed after I responded negatively to the orthotic was appalling. He questioned, "Why are you wasting my time?", "Do you even have pain in your foot?" I hope Dr. D'Ortone reads this message and strives to understand and listen to his patient's concerns instead of jumping to conclusions and gaslighting them. That's unprofessional to never come out to tell the patients you'll be with us shortly. I have another appointment at 10:30 & this untimeliness I am witnessing and experiencing concerns me. It 9:11 am and still no person has come out to greet the now four patients. I'm assuming his is a norm and I should just be patient. I was never told there were pain management doctors who actually wanted to help me. My serious, chronic pain was ignored and minimized. Recently I was having life-disrupting perimenopause symptoms, and I agonized to Dr Kirschner over not sleeping, sweating through my clothes several times a night, and worsening mental health. I was ignored and not given a single piece of advice about how to get help. I had asked to go on hormone replacement therapy and I was denied. At my 1st appointment with my female rheumatologist she diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. WHY WAS DR KIRSCHNER SO INEPT THAT HE MISSED THIS CRITICAL, LIFE CHANGING DIAGNOSIS? WHY DID HE IGNORE MY 5+ YEARS OF AGONY, SUFFERING WITH NO PAIN MANAGEMENT? There is no excuse for this serious, purposeful lack of care. ZERO concern was shown for my pain. Earlier in 2026 I sought care from Dr Kirschner for debilitating perimenopause symptoms, namely horrible insomnia, worsening mental health and SWEATING THROUGH MY CLOTHES 3 TIMES A NIGHT. Dr Kirschner did nothing, prescribed nothing, and refused to let me go on hormone replacement therapy, which I'd requested, as I'm in perimenopause. April 2026, I've been diagnosed with FIBROMYALGIA which Dr Kirschner failed to diagnose or treat because he doesn't believe women's PAIN. Also, I found a female general practitioner who actually helped me, cared about my suffering, believed my symptoms and put me on hormone replacement therapy. The debilitating perimenopause symptoms improved significantly. Dr Kirscner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WOMEN'S SUFFERING AND PAIN. For 6 years he happily left me to suffer in pain with no pain management. I started seeing a pain management Dr who believes my pain and put me on pain medication. Dr Kirschner is extremely cruel for letting me suffer for so long.
