Despite confirming and asking for the calls to stop, the repeated contact continued and became intrusive. I specifically requested--twice--that the dentist call me directly so I could discuss the situation. I never received a call back, yet the confirmation calls from staff continued. That lack of communication and respect for my request was disappointing. In the end, I canceled my appointment within their 48-hour policy and have decided not to return. Patients deserve to feel respected, not pressured or harassed over an appointment that is still weeks away. I hope the office takes a closer look at how they handle patient communication moving forward.
