This Dania Beach shop , is a massive 160,000-sq ft outdoor destination with a large aquarium, an indoor shooting range, boats, tense, fishing, equipment, barbecuing, bicycles, golf carts, packaged food... and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant. Unfortunately, I left empty handed. I found clothes & hats in black or white which wouldn't work. Disappointed I couldn't even order other colors from their website.

We visited the van store today to make an exchange of a purchase that my daughter made online…read more The sales associate (I think her name was Michelle, at least that's what's on our receipt ) was very nice and helpful with getting our exchange done. She assisted with letting my daughter try on the women and junior versions of the shoe that she was trying to buy so that she knew what size she was looking for. They did not have the size that we were looking for of the junior version in the store so we were able to order it and will pick it up in a few days.

Found the Pembroke location first and then stopped by the Sawgrass Mills location too. Both are cool but the Pembroke location is a nicer setup. The Sawgrass location is more of an outlet feel. But customer service rocks at both locations. Did you know you can customize Vans too? Of course this will take 4-6 weeks for the custom orders but how cool is that? Keep that in mind if you ever want custom shoes. We ordered our shoes online and when the shoe didn't fit, we were able to bring it to the store and make the exchange. If they don't have it in store, they will order the right size for you and have it shipped to your home, no extra charge. Love it. They have the works here...shoes, hats, clothing, backpacks, socks and other accessories. Well kept store and keeping that Vans name alive and kicking!

He also informed me that the fitting room is closed due to COVID but we can always try on clothes next door (Free People) or at the restrooms. We didn't want to go through the process of buying and returning since we were in a hurry. Luis helped my cousin find clothes in her size, got her to try different styles, and was very calm, professional, and not judgmental. He told us they also provide tailoring services for the hems. The 70% sale was awesome but they didn't have anything on sale in my size. However, my cousin did buy a denim jacket and few other bottoms. The experience at Levi's was good, thanks Lu, for being calm, helpful, and friendly.

Several table and wall displays of Steve Madden merchandise including high and low boots, walking shoes, sandals, high heels, sneakers, sun glasses, socks, small purses and mens loafers. My wife's eyes were laser focused on the back wall that advertised 50% off and displayed several pairs of sandals. Fortunately for me, the original price was $99 marked down to $69 then clearanced out for 50% off at a final price of $35.00. The friendly diligent employee, Danaisa, assisted my wife in trying on the sandals and the purchase. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY We originally purchased…read more3 pieces of equipment the tricep, bicep, and chest press. The first shipment showed up and the bicep was great. When we unpacked the tricep the arm literally fell off. Upon inspection by a welder I was informed that the machines arm was only tac welded and never finished with the proper welding. After sending photos to the sales rep I was told that it was pretty obvious that we broke the machine. After showing the report and weeks of being ignored they finally agreed that it was a manufacturer defect they tell me that If I want I can hire a welder and have it fixed at their cost. We of course deny this moronic suggestion and ask that they take it back. They try and get us to pay for shipping. We finally get them to come and get the machine. Weeks pass. I finally get tired of being ignored by their sales rep and ask to talk with the owner. The owner calls me and apologizes promising he will make everything right and get me my machine. Weeks pass again with no contact. I contact the owner and just ask for a refund for the tricep and chest machine. He promises he will issue a refund. More weeks pass with no contact. I call back and he is now ignoring me with no return calls or messages. They are trying to just keep our money for a chest machine, tricep, and the shipping costs we pre-paid for a total of over 5k. I have contacted Gym Leco, that is the manufacturer of the equipment we purchased through Best Used Gym Equipment, and they are also ignoring us. I guess apples don't fall to far from trees. It takes a lot for me to attack another persons business but this company has been one of the worst gym equipment purchase process I have done in the 9 years and buying over 100+ machines I have ever been through. They have earned my efforts in making sure that anyone in the gym business knows about them and how they treat people. Gabriele and Gabriel... you still have the opportunity to make this right and refund my money. When that happens I will stop promoting my message about you and your company.
