Came there for a water bottle and the employees were so nice I left with 3 pairs of shoes in addition to the water bottle. The young man David in the shoe department was amazing! Very kind and helped my entire family pick out shoes! He gave his personal experience and helped me understand the comfort of each type of shoe. He was honest and you can tell he cared about making us feel comfortable. Also there was a lady in the front, I believe her name was Mary, who was also extremely kind and helpful! As I enter store Manager asks me if I need help and I say I am here to buy a pair of soccer cleats for my son. He directs me back to sneaker area and then proceeds to call a staff meeting. Employee started to help me in shoe area but then was quickly called up to front by manager over communication system after manager knew I was back there. Employee said he would be back after his staff meeting. Waited 12 minutes and then left store. Why have staff meeting during store hours. Just poor customer service. read more

Had the Manahawkin Dick's Sporting Goods replace my iron heads to new ones. "Craftsmanship " was horrible. Ferrules had gaps between them and the clubhead, and epoxy on the heads and shafts. Truly unsatisfactory work. Took me over 2 hours to clean them up. read more

This is a very new and updated place. The service is good especially if you are trying to get new shoes. They have amazing value, and the selection is splendid. I'd highly suggest going here rather than other sporting good stores. read more

The only sporting goods store in town, they are getting rid of the hunting stuff and went there tonight to get stuff for my son for cross country and they don't even offer a discount to our high school or middle school teams. A disgrace..I will take my business else where read more

They have the worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with never showed up the day they were supposed to when called to find out nobody knows nothing even trying to reschedule delivery couldn't get a answer it's run with out any organization or care for the customer would never recommend anyone deal with them for any purchases they seam to not care anyway read more

I needed some running shoes. Something that looked cool, but not over the top, as I am 53 years old and really need function over style, but still want to look decent. I encountered a salesperson named Sawyer. I wasn't going to leave without the perfect pair. He was informative, patient, happy and professional. He gave me honest information, we discussed my needs, how I ran, my heel-strike, everything I could think of. I was the typical try-on-10 pair-of-shoes guy, but I really needed to get a good pair. He was helping a few other customers, but still gave me the service and attention that I needed to make my purchase. I bought the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 3's and they were a display pair, but they fit perfectly and the heel rebound was just what I needed. Unfortunately, I am a heel-striker but trying to even out my run. This shoe is light, and great stability, which he mentioned to me. The running surface is almost like a cross-trainer, so I liked the stability. The price was $230, reduced to like $79 bucks. They are cool looking as well. I have been in sales for 30 years and I would be happy to steal this kid away from you. read more
