    Great selection!!!
    Michelle T.

DICK'S Sporting Goods at Millennia has a good selection and an organized layout, but customer service is consistently poor. In the athletic footwear department, the two clerks ignored me while chatting with each other, even though the store was nearly empty. Unfortunately, the lack of helpful staff isn't limited to just shoes--it's a problem throughout the store. Great products, but if you expect assistance or guidance, don't hold your breath.

    Walking to tennis section

When I walked in I was immediately welcomed with a welcome to the store - I asked a very nice girl who was putting away Nike supplies if she knew where the tennis racket stuff was. She told me it was in between the bike section and the golf section; for a Dick's Sporting Goods it is a very small in tennis section. I did end up getting us some tennis balls for $3.49. One of the cleanest dicks sporting goods ever! 10/10

Best socks ever!!! $13.99 a pair.

I enjoy shopping at this Dick's Sporting Goods. They have a good inventory of name brand items and occasionally run sales on high demand items. The store is clean and organized making it easy to find the items that you want. I almost never see employees walking around and offering to assist customers but their cashiers are always pleasant. They are taking all of the Covid-19 safety precautions seriously. Everyone is masked and there is hand sanitizer available. Customers are respectfully staying 6 feet apart and they are keeping a watch on the number of shoppers in the store at one time.

    Pretty (but pricey) new line

First time checking things out and for a Saturday evening, it was fairly empty. The store is huge, clean and rather organized. The women's activewear section had several major brands featured including Reebok and Carrie Underwood's new athletic line (because country music and athletics go hand and hand) , Calia, which is rather high end. Pretty stuff but wait till it goes on sale. The athletic shoe section is massive but not sure if you would get the one on one service that is indicative of smaller retailers. There is a nice little section off near the bicycle section with Team apparel for all Florida universities as well as Orlando City Soccer. And the prices were reasonable so may have to swing by again soon when we decide to venture out to our first soccer game. Basically, anything fitness related you can find here!! But even if you come in looking for one thing, I guarantee your mind will wander. It's like the Target of athletic goods!

Such a great store with wonderful life size outdoorsy decor. They also do a superb decorating job…read morein the Christmas spirit. Store is organized by outdoor activities--fishing, hunting, camping, etc I especially love the foods section that includes chili kits, rubs, jerky and sauces. A downside is often the absence of shelf pricing. I've left many things behind due to this. Lots of wonderful clothing, especially for cold weather--thermals, fleeces, fllannels. Has outdoor appliances like dehydrators, grills, tools. Even has a toys section. Saw some great sales today $15 fleece jackets, 25% off lots of clothing, etc. Certainly worth a gander for everyone.

This is a review for their archery department…read more I decided recently that I wanted to get back into archery (which for me means traditional target shooting with a recurve bow). After receiving terrible service at a local shop in Gainesville, my boyfriend (who was buying this for me as a birthday present) and I came here. Upon walking into that section they really only have compound bows for bowhunting on display and some very expensive all wood recurves hanging behind the counter. There were plenty of people behind the counter though, and one man asked if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and that I was a novice archer who had last shot about 6 years ago. He promptly pulled a box out from underneath the counter, told us the price and asked if it was in our range. We said yes and he began putting it together for us. After he had put it together and showed me how it was done, he had me draw it. I said it was fine and more than I shot in High School, which is what I'm looking for since my archery teacher was always pushing me to try a stronger resistance. He then showed me a product called a "whisker biscuit" (I know, sounds lewd right?), which is basically a special attachment to help with nocking the arrow. It holds the arrow in place, meaning it won't fall out mid-release...which I agree is a good idea to have for a novice...especially since this has happened to me! So he attached that on for us. I asked him about a sight and he led us over to where they sell them and selected one to recommend at my re quest of a reasonably priced one. He picked one out and I looked at it, and really liked it! Fiber optic sight with several different pins to mark different distances so there is no need for adjustment once you set them. After attaching everything we had picked out he asked if we need it taken back apart and we did so he obliged. He let us know there was a sale on some arrows and we picked them up as well; he cut them to the proper size and then we were ready to check out! I know it kind of sounds like he was trying to upsell me on a lot of things, but he did listen to our concerns about price and we knew exactly what we were buying. When recommending a product he told us exactly what it was and why it was a good idea, but never said it was a necessity. At any time we could have requested something cheaper or different and I'm sure he would have obliged us with no problem. Great experience, excellent service. Will definitely come back if I need anything. I'm just sad they're in Orlando and not Gainesville :(
