I came to this small shopping center to run three errands: pick up a birthday cake, get my hair done, and buy a gift from this store. I first placed the order for my cake, then went to get my hair done, and when I arrived at the store, I discovered that they had damaged my car windows. They did this simply for the sake of causing damage, because there was not even a single customer at the business. There was absolutely no sign in the area where I parked indicating that parking was prohibited. Instead of damaging people's property because they apparently have nothing better to do, they should first make sure that the vehicle does not belong to a legitimate customer visiting several businesses within the same shopping center. I will be filing a formal complaint with the City of Orlando. This behavior is arbitrary, disrespectful, unjustified, and completely unacceptable. HORRIBLE BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT EXIST. read more

Looked at purchasing a used putter, asked the guy if there was any room for negotiation. He said the boss was there so he couldn't, I asked if I could trade a club in towards the putter and he said he couldn't because the boss "Darrin" wasn't there. Poorly ran business for sure. 03/18/20 This is an update on the clubs I purchased from Eric here at the outlet I was out yesterday playing golf I was on the first hole I hit my tee shot drove to my ball I was about 120 yards out went to the bag got the 9 iron out when I put my hand around it something felt wrong so I looked, the grip is splitting it half. Checked the other irons they are starting to do the same. I've only had the clubs for 6 month what a rip-off!!! read more

Darrin fit me into the perfect set of irons! I walked in without an appointment, but he still came right over to me while I was looking at the iron sets and asked if I needed any assistance. I let them know I was looking for set of irons, I let them know I'm currently playing X20 Callaway irons that were given to me from a friend as my first set. I explain to him my common miss hits, and what I want in my next set. He put a few different options in my hands to get my opinion. Then we went over to the simulator. After just a few swings he knew exactly what I needed and walked away to grab what ended up being the perfect option for me. The Tour Edge Exotics C721. I had only heard a little bit about this brand in the past so I was honestly a bit skeptical. After a few more swings with these in my hands, I did not need any more convincing! They are the perfect combination of forgiveness and distance needed for my game. My range sessions have been amazing and I cannot wait to get these on the course this Weekend! I come here to get grips put on and have bought a few clubs over the years. They are cheaper than PGA Superstore or Edwin Watts but not by a lot. Some of the staff are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. When I was looking for a new 3 wood they recommended a brand that isn't that well known (Tour Edge) and the 3 wood was so sweet that I came back later and bought a Tour Edge hybrid which I bit amazing as well. They also have a bunch of used clubs that are really cheap for new golfers or someone on a budget. Worth checking out if you are on IDrive looking for golf stuff. read more

I can definitely understand the one-star review below. This place has the pushiest salesmen that I've EVER seen in a golf shop. Wow. I remember one time there, when, after I decided not to purchase a club that I tested in their simulator, the salesman had this really sad look on his face. Made me feel responsible for his happiness. Was bizarre. This store does kind of have a "flea market" feel, extremely packed. I didn't look at the prices of the golf clubs, but these days, nearly any golf club can be purchased online, used or new, for cheaper. So why the 3-star review? Simple. This is the best golf shop that I've been to for "leftover clothes from great brands". I've never seen a store that has so many quality Peter Millar, etc. items for such great prices. IMO, Peter Millar (which clothes Brandt Snedeker, Jimmy Walker, Bill Haas, etc.) makes the highest-quality golf apparel. The store recently had a ton of high-quality PM raingear at a great price. They're able to sell the Millar apparel for good prices because they buy them from golf course pro shops that weren't able to sell the merchandise. So a lot of the Peter Millar apparel has a golf course logo on it. But even of the P.M. items that have logos on them, many of those logos are quite small and really not noticeable. So that's why I love this place: a great selection of high-quality clothes that places like Golfsmith and Golf Galaxy and Dick's and Edwin Watts and PGA Tour Superstore would never sell. I'll definitely stop by this place whenever I'm in the mood to buy some golf clothes. But I'll likely stick to a "less pushy" place like GG to purchase clubs. read more

This is a great shop to go and get many golf items at a reasonable price. I don't think that they're overpriced, I think they have a fair market value. I actually like the "mom and pop" atmosphere that you get in this smaller retail store. I used to go to Edwin Watts and I still go to the PGA Superstore, but this is a more personal energy in this store. I believe the owner and the lead sales person/manager Eric are very good at what they do. They offer many clubs beside clearance outlet items, so I think the name may be misleading for some. read more

After seeing Eric, who was a great help, I traded in my Srixon z355 Regular flex driver. Eric quickly assessed the fact that at my age (80) I would benefit from a change to a 10.5 Tour Edge HL3 Driver with Regular flex Bassara shaft because it was much lighter than my Srixon. Have now used it several times and hitting it straight and longer than the Srixon. Thanks Eric. I was so happy with the service I received that a week later I returned to look at replacing my Callaway X Series Regular flex irons and Number 4 & 5 hiybrids. This time I was assisted by Joe, together we looked at a set (4 to SW) of Tour Edge Hot Launch irons. The 4 to 7 resemble Hybrids while the 8 to SW are like conventional irons. These clubs have Ultra-Light Graphite Uniflex shafts. They were priced at $499.99. When it came to the trade in the Boss of the shop came to look at my Callaway irons and the Hybrids. He asked what I was looking for in terms of $? I said $200? He was very straightforward with me and said the Callaways were worth $300 as they were in great condition. We shook on the deal. and I paid the balance. I am so happy with all the guys in America's Clearance Outlet. They are friendly, helpful, honest and took great care of me. What's even better is that I have now played twice with those Tour Edge Hot Launch irons and both times scored in the low 80s. Something I struggled to achieve with the Callaway irons. Staff is quite rude, or maybe racist, I don't know. I wondered if we would have been treated differently had we been Caucasian. Anyhow, I asked if they had knee supports for my Dad, as he had bilateral total knee replacements, and I was rudely told I can't find those in a golf shop. Customer service is non existent in this place. I was just observing the way they were treating us. I hope you learn your lesson. Never presume a customer will not spend time to write a review about your place. And, never presume a customer cannot communicate enough to write about their experience. My husband was irked as he was being followed around, like he would steal a golf ball, lol. Utterly ridiculous! It was unnerving. I wished we took our business elsewhere as we spent over $300 at this place. We were simply hard pressed with time as our plane was leaving in a few hours and my Dad needed golf shoes to meet up with friends for golfing. I was in town for a golf tournament, played ok but need more distant on driver. When to the golf shop and over heard saleman Eric talk about the Callaway Rogue sold be without will out talking to me. Eric told be come back when i came hit the club. I return today and hit the Rogue and several other clubs but they did not out do my driver. Eric was very honest with me. On a travel to Florida I did buy a fairway wood at Americas Golf. When I got home to Europe I started using the wood. At first I was getting a very good shots, but on the second round I did notice that I did not hit the golf ball as well. Then I looked at the wood I did notice a crack in the impact surface. I did contact the America's golf by email and the did send me a replacement wood. Very good service, thanks read more

Not sure about the previous posts, I have had the opposite experience at America's Golf. Perhaps it depends on which salesman you get. I have been back a few times and Eric has always taken great care of me..... From helping me select the best equipment to suit my game, to giving me swing tips in the simulator! Prices depend on what you are looking for, lots of their gear is lower than the local big shops while others right at retail. Worth stopping in for sure. read more

Was ready to buy a new putter, then I went out and had a great day with it on the course. So instead of getting a new one, I decided to have the head re-glued and handle regripped. I called Perfect Tee's right down the road and then called America's Golf to see if they could do the repairs. The pour call by Perfect had me head over to America's Gulf for my repairs. As America's Gulf sounded like they wanted my business. I showed up at 6:45pm, mind you they close at 8pm. All of the staff members were polite and saying Welcome, they could of been grumpy as closing time was soon. They had my putter done in about 30 mins (most of that time was letting the glue set for the head). They were priced well and very friendly the whole time. I walked around while they were working and their Selection is very big with multiple Brands to pick from. They also offer money for trade-ins as well. So, once I am tired of my current drivers, I will head too America's Golf because their first impression was spot on. read more

Today I stopped by America's Golf after first visiting PGA Superstore. I met Eric, the sales person who came across as someone with quite allot of golf knowledge. If fact I believe he said he was once a pro golfer. Anyway, I already read extensive reviews about many top brand clubs before going shopping so I already had pre-conceived notions on what I could afford and what I wanted to see. Rather than order online I wanted to "feel" the product myself. Eric was extremely helpful in confirming my knowledge about certain clubs. My budget limited me to approx. $500 and I was further limited by the fact that I'm left handed. Eric wanted to see my "swing" so he selected a few quality clubs for me to try. According to him my swing was fast and he suggested I stay away from graphite for my irons as they would feel to flimsy. I thought this was a class move because graphite would most likely cost more. I expressed concern over the type grips on the clubs and again he suggested I at least try the grips that came on the clubs and If I decided to have them changed he would offer me a deal on new grips. I ended up purchasing a "boxed" full set of Tour Edge Bazooka 370 clubs. These clubs have great reviews and also come with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend America's Golf as their prices were comparable to all other stores and online as well. Eric was a huge help and I appreciated his honesty. read more

i went into store 3 weeks ago and wanted a scotty cameron putter, the man in shop was a master club fitter and talked me into buying a rife putter, within 3 weeks I have won a corporate golf day (brabazon / Belfry)and the club championship at my club. Putter is suoerb on the faster greens. Only thing I regret was I got a voucher for 20 USD of and never used it. read more
