We asked why, and they said they're doing more online instead. That absolutely sucks! Their restrooms have always been better than most places. I used to get everything here, it's so much more convenient than going all the way to Memphis, to Bass Pro Shop. But they're useless here, when every time we come we leave empty handed, bc they never have what we came for. At this rate, they'll be shutting down soon, which is really disappointing. I inquired about buying a kayak they sold and they guided me in every aspect of the sale - roof racks, kayak accessories, personal safety devices and every aspect of the sport. They even referred me to big box stores that would have a greater selection in order to vary my options of products to peruse. Prior to committing to buying their product they informed me of practical guidance of the sport with absolutely no sales pressure. I was thoroughly impressed. At this point, I knew that I would purchase the product from them due to their professionalism. Ultimately, I bought my kayak from them - Bonafide RS117. Luckily, they had the color that I wanted, which was a special color for 2022, in stock in their inventory. Initially, I inquired about specifically ordering a special color from the manufacturer and they informed me of the ordering process and due to the "pandemic" they were unsure of a time frame and their ability to acquire the specific product that I was seeking. Absolute honesty from this company! Lucky for me, they had the specific kayak I wanted in the back that was still in factory packaging. I immediately bought the item from them. I was unable to actually transport the product due to not being able to load it onto my vehicle without a specific roof rack. The employee stated that he lived not too far from me and offered to drive it, in his personal vehicle, 18 miles away from the store location and meet me near my house after I borrowed a vehicle that could transport the kayak so I could get my kayak. 5 out of 5 stars for these guys! Outstanding customer service. I will drive 18 miles to give these guys more business. Skip the big box stores and give these guys your business - they care about what they do and the sport of kayaking.

They wouldn't even put the money back on my card. I asked if the amount had cleared. I was told yes. So I said ...well you already have your money. You aren't waiting on it. And even if it's not returned immediately I don't want a gift card. The person that I spoke with became very condescending. He said 'we don't sell shoes expecting people to return them'. I replied that their store must be the only one in existence that doesn't. Which is the purpose of return policies...DUH. Then he shares that it's a new system. I reply that's why cashiers should be trained to know the policies. ***This one was the worst and most demeaning...you used an unsecured card. When y'all use that kind of car that's what happens. IF you had another card.....and that's when I cut him off because I felt my anger right at the edge. NEVER EVER will I return!!! I can't wait to contact corporate.
