After making a decision, I had to walk to the back of the store to get the attention of someone who might get a pair for us to try on. He came back, said,"Here's your shoe..." And walked away. We then waited in line for twenty-five minutes because there was only one till open and the salesman rang up a large purchase, then a return, all while answering the phone as well. The other two never once came back to help, and were up front helping other customers. I hate to play this card, but I couldn't help but notice that both my son and I, and the young man in front of us were white, and were both ignored, but all three customers who came in after us who were black were greeted almost immediately. It should be noted that the store wasn't busy at all, with maybe ten customers the entire time. Maybe I'm just not accustomed to the ghetto shopping experience, but for $125.00 you'd think they'd of at least said thank you, which never happened even after we finished the purchase.

I have 2 Nalgene bottles from here and I still have them after 3-4 years in good condition. This place has sales and a very popular place on MSU's campus even without sales. The staff doesn't burden you and let's you shop but can answer questions you have. My friends have bought sweatshirts and tshirts from here and they still have them in good quality. The sweatshirts are on the more expensive side but come in so many colors that they are preeeeety. :) If you're into North Face, they have a ton of NF apparel.

The associate never looked at me and my family' just took customer after me. I told the other associate who waited on us. That was extremely rude of her! She apologized, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole situation. And the person who waited on us was no better! The manager needs to hiring a whole new staff because.
