The driver did not have a replacement with him and it started to rain. So what does he do??? He hops in his van and leaves!!! meanwhile her Jeep sits there in the pouring rain with no windshield! They grab a tarp and cover it the best they can. After the massive rainstorm we had on Saturday of course her Jeep is flooded, the lights start flashing and the horn is going off by itself! Water is pouring out of the dash and the interior is soaked and won't run! She calls the company to remind them of their responsibility to repair her Jeep as she is now stuck with no vehicle to drive. They offer to vac out the water and put a windshield in it, they claim the rest is up to her insurance company to fix! WTF???? I can't believe they would leave her vehicle in that condition all weekend and then not make it right! She is getting NYS safety department involved and the Better Business Bureau but I still think she is going to need a lawyer to fight this! The appetizers during cocktail hour were to die for, dinners were phenomenal and well sized and everything was timed so well. The venue itself was gorgeous and the tent for the reception was the perfect size and decorated beautifully! Service was attentive and every staff member we interacted with was so kind! 12/10 experience, would definitely recommend.

We were brought back to an area with two simulators, chose our course (St. Andrews), were given a quick tutorial on how to use the system and were were golfing within 10 minutes of our arrival. The owner's wife was attentive, funny and made our experience there thoroughly enjoyable. She kept the pitchers of Yuengling coming, and the food we had was amazing (I highly recommend trying the Buffalo Wings...holy hell were they good!). After we finished, she allowed us to store our clubs at the facility overnight, and then loaded me and all of my groomsmen into her van and shuttled us to downtown Saratoga Springs so we could continue our night. We were all talking about this place for the rest of the week, and it was one of the highlights of my time in NY (other than getting married of course). There still was a piece hanging off of the scratch, it wasn't even properly waxed. When I received my board for pick up it barely even looked like it had any maintenance done to it. This place is a rip off, better off going somewhere else. They also got rid of military discounts, they had it last season in 2024 and this year they didn't. Rather have gotten my money back because now I have to take it to a better shop that'll actually wax and fill the scratch which I asked this shop to do and instead they just take your money and don't do what they said.

The building is charming, like an old ski chalet with a fireplace and a scenic view. The employees all seemed to be skiing experts. They got my bindings installed same day so I could hit the slopes tomorrow. My family and I will definitely be returning customers, and I recommend Alpine Sport Shop 100%.

Unfortunately the Charlie spring near the SPAC entrance wasn't flowing as of mid-December. The pine trees get five stars. I wish there were bathrooms available but that could be a seasonal thing. The park is technically reachable by bus but you might have to a wait a bit.
