Finally I spoke to a rep who answered their main line. I asked to speak to Blaine and he said he would run upstairs to check for him or his assistant. when he returned he said he was told to transfer me to Chris and leave a message for him. I asked if Blaine was their or Curtis was there and he responded I am sorry I need to give you to Chris. Since then I have emailed 5 times called 6 times and not one seems to help and no return from Blaine. They seemed great when I had business however once something went wrong they wanted nothing to do with us. Instead I have 14 kids without helmets and it is costing us extra to get them fixed. It gets one star for being poorly planned and not catering the regional interest.

I know how bait and switch works and that is what this was, not a mistake that BOTH colors of the same style were in the wrong place.
