As a former dicks employe i would have nothing but good things to say about this company until i walked into the Tuscaloosa store. As i was checking out I had realized my $30 reward had expired 3 days ago. Which my dicks any good company would still take this reward. But the cashier Erin was super disrespectful to me about saying I could not use this reward. I asked for her to get her manger and she just stood there staring and it took me multiple times before she did. All the staff was super disrespectful and rude. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been more disrespected by staff in my entire life. A middle aged black woman with short blonde hair made a scene in front of the entire store after I asked her where to find a specific product that was similar to the product I already had in my hand but just a little different. She continued to tell me that she nor any of the other staff would be helping me buy anything and that I should leave. I will never again bring my business to these DICKS employees and I'll be advising literally every person I know to do the same. I tried to buy an item that was listed as buy one get one 50% off. At the register they said it wasn't ringing up for that price. As we walk back to meet/show the sales person the sign with the price he was walking away with the sign and had changed it. As we were leaving the store we told the cashier what happened and she couldn't care less. We will not be back. read more

I spent over $300 at this location. Waited forever to check out/ return some items just to be told the system is to slow and they aren't able to do returns at this time. The ONLY reason Im here is because I have a $25 off coupon that Im trying to redeem. Instead of scanning my receipt and offering me the $25 back, they have to return every item, rescan every item back in and then they can give me the $25 back. With all the technology in the world, this is the best solution??? I suggested returning a few items totalling the minimum of $100 (which is the amount i have to spend you get $25 off) and was told they can't do that either??? I was told the only option is to return the items as if I didn't have a receipt but the prices wont match? If you aren't able to do a return with a receipt, how can you do a return without a receipt? Now, the only option is for me to come back later, which is inconvenient for me, and all because of an inadequate system! read more
