A young man (I wish I remembered his name!) helped us right away. He explained the rental terms clearly, was incredibly friendly, and made sure we had the right size helmets. He also walked us through the bikes in detail, which was super helpful since we were new to e‑bikes. We weren't familiar with the area and weren't quite sure how to get to the riverfront.
