Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. I did not get to even finish trying on the clothes before giving up and putting my clothes back on. At no point did I feel welcomed or valued as a customer. She showed complete lack of respect for my privacy in the dressing room and basic courtesy. I am sure I am not the first person to be treated like this at this location but I do hope that I am the last. I went right next door to Banana Republic and had a wonderful experience. The first visit, I was assisted by an amazing rep that helped me with jean selection, and fitting; she was so helpful, patient, and kind. The second visit I dropped off a pair of jeans for altering that I had shipped to my house. It was a different rep, but once again, there was the same patience and kindness. Fast forward month to today, I picked up the last pair of jeans I dropped off for alterations, and the rep was once again, nothing short of wonderful! I explained my jeans were probably long overdue to be picked up, but she went in back without hesitation, the rep reappeared with a smile and my jeans. I felt bad that it took me so long to get back to the store, but The Buckle treated me remarkably each visit. Now, here's the reason for four stars versus five. The jeans are very comfortable, but very trendy. I really need a "nice" pair of dark washed jeans, and The Buckle was unable to deliver. I know it's the current style, but I just need dark washed jeans without holes or bling.

Having said that, I like the clothes at Eddie Bauer but find them often over priced. The discounts here really are worth shopping this outlet. The clothes seem to be the same sold at the galleria and at a price point I can stand. The staff here is very helpful as well. Be aware that you can't go here with a specific item in mind, the inventory is very off season and you need to be open minded about what you might find.
