There was not one person on the floor, so I asked for help from a lady standing in the back room, right by the swinging doors. I asked her if she could help me with some Berkinstocks and,she said right as I pushed the door to a crack, You are not allowed back here it is for employees only and she said shut that door I was not even in the back room, I was standing on the rug. Again she said, You can't be back here so I told her I need help ma'am. The Young lady at the register called about 15 minutes ago. All she would say is, Shut the door I'll be with you in the min. She got on the radio and called for someone to come help me as if she couldn't help me, why? I am disabled and needed help getting a pair of shoes and ask questions about the shoes. The ladies name was Afrooo , she was very very rude walking out of the back room of the store, with a very loud cart. I asked her if she was the store manager. She told me she was, when infact she isn't and she refused to give me the store managers name. she was carrying on as we were walking toward the front and I asked why didn't you just come help me instead of telling me you'd be right with me as she pulled a very loud cart. I do want to mention, she did ask two black ladies if she could help them. I assume she must be prejudice. She was extremely rude, simply because I asked for help. She should not be in any Management role. This is the second time I have had "Attitude" and "Poor Service"from this DSW location.

The manager, an older man possibly named bill but I don't recall his name, was standing with a younger man(the cashier). The manager looked completely out of it and couldn't be bothered. When it came to process the return the cashier didn't know how to do the return, he proceeded to turn to the manager and ask for help. The manager looked at me and said "you'll have to come back another day when someone who is working knows how to do this" This man wasn't a young new manager, he's been working there for a while. This wouldn't have been a problem but I live over an hour and a half away and can't just come back. The manager just wanted to go home and hurried us out the door. A man shows up after they shut the doors behind us and the manger perks up and tells the man they will stay open as long as that customer needed. Clearly two grown women aren't better than a grown man.
