I typically run my debit card as credit but was unable to. The person who checked me out offered me no assistance when I asked for help to run my card as credit. I happened to recently get this card, and I could not remember my PIN number (yes this part is my fault). However, the person who helped checked me out should have offered to help me figure out how to run my card as credit instead of just staring at me with an attitude. I ended up telling that person that I could not pay for my items and left because I was so frustrated. I was very disappointed and do not plan on going back to this store anytime soon.

He then tells us the total and we pay cash. Our total comes out to be 24.61 we give 25.61 so we could have gotten a dollar back. He then proceeds to only give 1 cent back, he looks towards his coworker knowing his mistake. He put 25 dollars in the computer and didn't ever give the right change back from that either. Very bad register skills train your employee's better. Customer service was honestly embarrassing. We know that dollar is just a dollar but it's the way they handled the situation.

We stood around for 5 minutes and we were *finally* able to grab someone. When we waved him over, there was no greeting, just "what?". Absolutely ridiculous. We bought the boots because we couldn't even find the same color online, and we'd done our fair share trying to find a similar style/brand elsewhere today. After this, we'll never be back.
