Today I stopped in spur of the moment because my Subaru Forester was making a racket due to a loose pipe that would not stay on it's bracket. In less than 20 minutes, they had fabricated a permanent fix for my problem and didn't even charge me. Last year, they replaced a heat shield at substantial savings after explaining my options. (Over $500 in savings). They did an outstanding job and had the work completed in less than a day. I trust Brian and his incredible team to do an excellent job as they have consistently demonstrated integrity, honesty, and going extra mile for me. I do not appreciate all the sexual advances or literal space invasion I received upon visiting this location. Do not call your customers "babe", or touch their legs, or invite them over after your shift is over. No one wants that and it paints a poor picture of their employees and the company itself. I'm incredibly disturbed about my time spent here and I refused to let them service my car not only for the outrageous prices but also the despicable customer interaction. I cannot believe how this employee treated me and the blatant disregard for personal space or appropriate customer relations. I'd give this place 0/5 stars if I could.

We pulled in on Aug 13th PM for trouble shooting and Jon gave us the grave news and I, being an auto tech knew we had gotten to the right people just in time. We limped back to a local KOA for the weekend while Jon and Rose searched for a re-manufactured transmission. "Nothin' local" We decided to hang out at a great KOA for weekend and Darrell & Bonnie fresh back from two weeks vacation started on rebuild after Jon with SOME help from me removed unit from RV. Here we set with electricity and water from these great folks. They even feed the four of us with their garage crew along with Mike, James and 3 dogs and the Carquest Rep on Thursday 20th. I knew last week it wasn't going to be a fast job! We ARE enjoying the weather ,4 1/2 " rain, town transit and good people here in Hayward, Wisconsin....Really!!!!!
