It'll take about 10-15 minutes depending on the orders in front of you but it's worth it. Favorite meats are the trompo, campechanos (pork & beef combo), tripa, and longaniza (sausage). Tacos are good flavor although a bit smaller than what I'm used to from other taco trucks. Best value is the gorditas which are filling and good meat/cheese ratio with some lettuce/peppers involved. Cash only but they accept Zelle/Cash App. Will need to try other dishes such as their quesabirria, flautas, and sopes. The team is efficient in taking your order and getting you your eats. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the wonderful smell of the grill mixed with grease and tortillas. The lady greeted me and utilizing my broken spanish, I ordered a trio of tacos (pollo & paster x 2), a gordita (fajita), and a small quesadilla (fajita). Costing roughly $22, I received my food in 8-10 minutes and drove home to dig in. Upon arriving home and unwrapping everything, the smells hit me like a freight train making me devour the tacos which were all tasty and delicious. I didn't realize they also put tomatoes and melted cheese on the tacos; I don't mind those but be mindful they put those on if you ask for everything on them. They were filling with the pastor having that charred taste that I like. The pollo (chicken) was very tender as well, making think I should've ordered one more of those. The quesadilla is tasty too with the melted charred cheese hitting the taste buds. The gordita, while tasty, was a bit messy so you may need gloves or utensils to eat those. Glad this is somewhat near my office and since we'll be heading to the office more frequently, I'll do my best to hit up this truck more!

If you drive too fast you well miss this place. It is very well hidden between a full Mexican restaurant and a Bar and Grill. Imagine that... The Birra fajita meat and roasted chicken grabbed my attention. So I ordered what turned out to be the best quesabirra taco (I probably butchered that spelling) that I believe could possibly exist. And I believe he was 1 of 2 people there that could speak English. That's says a lot about the food. Trust me. It does. It means authenticity at it's finest with no America influences. (Mexican grandma house stuff you know.) 3 days after that amazing experience I went back for more and this time enough for the whole family. Got me some tacos and some fresh roasted chicken AND some Caldo soup. And let me tell you without exaggeration. Hands down the BEST Caldo and also Roasted chicken I've ever had on planet earth. That's 3 total best ofs! So good that the little older lady in the back corner who made it along with their fresh tortillas that they make in house is made by those marvelous wise hands...
