    Firstly, this is my first review ever on Yelp…read more But I felt compelled to write this Dr. a positive review as he made this unusual process a breeze. Now I came to his office with all my details in order ie: I am a chronic pain patient with all the docs from my health care provider detailing recent pain procedures. In other words I wasn't just another bloke trying to get access to med marij. The building he is in is in a nice enough Mira Mesa industrial park, but it is under renovation which for me made things feel a little shady. I was very skeptical about this process. Also there is a working med marji. collective RIGHT next door to this Dr.'s office. Although the Dr. made it clear that they do not work in concert, (and cannot by law) the Dr.'s assistant did strongly suggest the collective next door as I was leaving. I did not visit the place next door. This Dr.'s pricing ($125 or $100 after pre-qual coupon) may be a little more expensive than others you see online or in the reader, but I feel the thoroughness of the documentation process was worth it. I left with 2 originals of the letter, one for safekeeping and one to take while buying meds. And THE BIG TEST! I went directly to a collective, presented my letter and photo ID and was able to purchase meds. Great job Dr. Blake! Hope you'll still be around next year if/when I need to renew my letter!

Management is terrible and I feel like you all work there because it's cool.. not to actually help people. They had sold the wrong shit to my mother a few times. We're big customers, at least twice a week. I finally went in to let them know my moms getting "older" can you please ask her what she's looking for as we're avid customers and thought maybe being local also would make them want to help get us the right stuff. OH YEAH, yall do know you have a profile there earning points and discounts they never offer you or even look up? has notes and all! Well they did it again so now I'm an avid customer elsewhere where I've gotten WAYYY better stuff at better prices and offered discount, looks at your profile etc so they can lead you towards the next best thing or what have you? Oh yeah, Stiiizy it's an LA based company that won't sell SD based companies. So when I found out I really understood they are corporate greed weed company.

    I'm literally here at Stiiizy right now dealing with a broken 710 Labs vape they sold me just 4…read moredays ago, and they won't even exchange it for store credit since they are out of stock. Instead, the manager told me I need to email customer service and wait for approval just to maybe get store credit -- while I'm physically standing in the store with the defective product in my hand. This is exactly the problem with corporate dispensaries. You might get a big selection and good products, but the second something goes wrong, you're treated like a transaction instead of an actual customer. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. UPDATE: The employee gave me the email "stiiizy at support.com." I immediately told him that didn't even look right and asked him to double-check. After calling someone, he came back and admitted the correct email was actually "support at stiiizy.com." So imagine if I had left, emailed the wrong address, never got a response, and had to come all the way back again. What made it worse was instead of apologizing, he tried to act like he never gave me the wrong email in the first place. Complete gaslighting. Then after I calmly explained my experience to security, the manager -- NOE -- kicked me out and said he was going to "mark my record." Honestly one of the most unprofessional, low-integrity customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
