I was extremely impressed with the design, layout and self-driven experience. Bella was super duper friendly and helpful. She checked in with both my friend and I at different intervals of our visit. I was honestly a little overwhelmed by the vast selection. I feel like there is an option for absolutely every needed. I stocked up on edibles and grabbed some gifts. I've been a loyal customer at Buzz Cannabis since it opened, visiting at least twice a week. Unfortunately, I can no longer ignore the consistent disregard this business shows for disabled people -- particularly how they handle handicap parking violations. Every single time I visit, without fail, there are able-bodied customers illegally parked in handicap spots. What's worse is that the security staff -- whose job should include maintaining a safe and lawful environment -- does absolutely nothing about it. I have approached the staff directly to voice this concern, and I've been met with discomfort, avoidance, and outright dismissal. The message is loud and clear: my presence and my disability are an inconvenience to their operation. Let me be absolutely clear -- the security here are more concerned with protecting merchandise than protecting the dignity and legal rights of the very people who keep their business running. Watching grown men in security uniforms pretend they have authority, yet refuse to confront customers breaking the law, is both pathetic and infuriating. I've even been told by offenders that they're "just texting" as if that somehow entitles them to a space legally reserved for those who actually need it. This isn't just about parking. It's about the company's values -- or lack thereof. Buzz Cannabis has fully commodified the marijuana industry, prioritizing profit over people. They've created a culture where entitled behavior goes unchecked, and disabled patrons are made to feel invisible or worse, like the problem. If this business can't even manage something as basic as enforcing legal parking standards, it raises serious concerns about what other rules they're willing to bend -- or break -- when it serves their bottom line. Buzz Cannabis, do better. I hope this can be dealt with swiftly and have you security trained on how to have a backbone with entitle customers in accordance with the law. read more

I've been to this dispensary multiple times, and each visit feels more uncomfortable than the last. From the moment you arrive, you're treated more like a potential problem than a paying customer. Security is overly present, and staff constantly come up to you under the guise of being helpful, but it feels more like you're being watched than assisted. The bag policy is inconsistent and over the top. One time, I was told I couldn't bring in my large purse. Another time, after checking in with a smaller bag, I was told I needed to keep it zipped while browsing. It feels excessive and unwelcoming. I go to dispensaries to feel relaxed and respected -- this place does the opposite. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and professional experience. read more

I have shopped at several dispensaries but when Buzz opened up I went in and have been an exclusive buzz customer. 2 weeks ago I bought a cartridge that I thought came with a battery, sadly it did not. I genuinely wanted to give this place 4 stars or more. The staff is friendly, and they have a great selection. But I recently noticed something that really needs to be addressed. After reviewing my debit card statements, I realized that at least five times, a $4 cash back was added to my purchases without my knowledge or approval, on top of the $3.75 transaction fee. To be clear, I have no issue paying a $3.75 fee when I knowingly authorize it -- that's totally reasonable. But what's not okay is adding $4 cash back to the transaction without asking, then handing it to me with a line like, "And four dollars back to you." I originally assumed it was a partial refund of the fee, but it turns out it was extra money added to my bill -- with the clear expectation that I'd tip it back. If I want to tip, I should be given the option to do so during the transaction, just like at other businesses. Adding unauthorized cash back and pressuring customers this way is misleading and needs to be addressed. I'm sharing this in the hope that management takes it seriously and improves the transparency at checkout. I like the place -- I just want to see them do better. read more

I use it to go to sleep, almost exclusively and I always try to mix up my products to not get my mashed potato brain, my poorly maintained body, and indulgent soul confused and still affected. Buzz has a few products that I've been through already and their second suggestion is showing up as a big winner for me at this point. I stop at edibles so that's what I purchase and sample each time. Buzz has tons and the shop is big. You're free to roam and shop how you like all before checking out as you would anywhere else that selling you the feel good. What I really love, you don't feel rushed. Other spots where you can't be a free range chicken you're corralled into small confines, there are lines, your have to wait for a budtender, and they're lackluster experiences. Buzz on the other hand, an out of this world way to spend your green on more green. Oh, and Hailey is incredible. Seriously, she checked me in, walked me around after I asked her to help. Came here for the first time patient special. There were a ton of employees and I had great service. I used the 50% off deal and was happy. Second time I came in and it smelled like perfume right when I walked in, the music was extremely loud and it was extremely bright. All my senses were overstimulated. I couldn't enjoy looking and browsing at anything because of the loud music. Wasn't conducive to my shopping experience so I just left.
