I have never done anything for myself. Seems I always had someone to take care of. Now with…read moreeveryone grown and an upcoming vacation, I thought I would get some of my spider veins removed;something that has always bothered me. Instead of going to a dermatologist, talking to my primary first etc, I went here. The ads looked good and laser treatment sounded better than injections. First they did an ultrasound which sounded weird to me, but ok maybe they just wanted to make sure I did not have blood clots. Then they sent me to another location because they said my insurance wouldn't cover it there. So I went. I felt like I was being intimated by the doctor. He asked if I wore compression stockings and said to the medical assistant who had her legs done, " you had real symptoms, pain, tiredness etc" as he being a professional, my wanting to get what I wanted done should not have been compared to his assistant's procedure. Then they proceeded to Prep the wrong leg. I said " wait that's the wrong leg and they said it's the only one your insurance would approve. I thought maybe they saw something wrong there. In the end they ran wires and injected three places from my knee to my groin. No veins were repaired just left me with a huge bruise. Months later I still have pain. Then I get a bill for a few thousand dollars and a call from the finance dept to setup payments for the additional treatments! WHAT I'm never going back! Please stay away!

Worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. I came in for severe acne and to have a…read moreprovider monitor my HPV. I waited nearly an hour for the doctor to come in and could hear him talking and laughing outside the door. After looking at my back once, Dr. Buatti told the assistant to prescribe different medications I said didn't work for me. He continued talking over me, glaring, and in the end prescribing things I again, told him did not work. But worst of all, their sign in questions had no where for me to tell them I am transgender, and I believe I was targeted for this. I put female on the intake form because I'd be asking them to look. Both the assistant and Dr. Buatti seemed amused and condescending when they asked why I put that. When we talked about my HPV, after the assistant told me I could leave my underwear on, he stayed in the room watching me when he told me to take them off. This was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask for privacy. When they came back in, he used the cryo gun across the entire surface of my privates. It was not targeted to actual lesions, it was freezing the entire area. I was in a significant amount of pain for a week and later saw burn marks. I left humiliated and disgusted. No further treatment was offered. Extremely unprofessional and I have warned against this place to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Zero stars for this derm office, it just won't let me select zero to submit my review…read more I went for my first appointment 11/18/24. I had a spot on my face that I couldn't get to go away. Here is my chat conversation through their texting system: 12/5/2024 received notice of a $149 bill. My response. Hello, I am extremely confused how I have any bill from my visit. I paid my $60 co-pay at the time of the visit. I waited almost an hour to be seen. When the doctor came in, I saw him for about 6 minutes. He did freeze something but technically never asked me if I wanted him to do that and then prescribed me 2 medications that I picked up and paid for. I have never been to this office and did not have a great experience especially being sent a bill of his magnitude 12/5/24 Response from the office: the $60.00 dollars you paid was your copay. the $149.08 is your amount towards your deductible. you should have received an EOB from BCBS explain all this information. 12/13/24 My Response to the office: I don't feel my initial message was even read. I did not ask nor give permission for the doctor to freeze the spot on my back. I was simply showing him so he could look at it as skin cancer runs in my family and I was worried. Next thing I know I am being sprayed. As I did not ask for nor did I give permission to freeze the item, I will not be paying this bill. I have never been treated like I was by any doctor's or dermatologist office which is a real shame as I heard good things from others who have gone there. I am also requesting to cancel my appointment on 12/23 as I will not be coming back to your office based on this experience. Please also confirm this appointment is cancelled. 12/17/2024 No response from the office, my message in the texting tool: Please confirm that my appointment is canceled for 12/23 12/18/2024 Received auto text about my bill. No response from the office. 12/19/2024 I attempted to call the office multiple times but it wouldn't ring and go straight to VM which I left one and followed up in the messaging system to confirm on my cancelled appointment. My message: I have asked in this system twice to cancel my appointment in Monday 12/23 and to receive confirmation of my cancellation. Please confirm my appointment is cancelled. Thanks 12/20/2024 No response from the office. Called again multiple times and same thing, had to leave a VM and sent a message. My message: I have been attempting to receive confirmation that my appointment has been cancelled since e 12/13. I have messaged here several times and continue to try to call and actually speak to someone directly but the call never rings and it sends me straight to the VM service. I will not be at the appointment on Monday 12/23 and I will not be paying for any cancelled appointment fee since I have been attempting to cancel since 12/13. Please confirm my appointment is cancelled I have never received this sort of service from any doctor's or derm office I have gone to. I would NOT recommend using their office based on this experience. Edit: As I have seen many responses to the reviews as you are not a patient, my gmail account was set up with my maiden last name so this is Erica B. I also have the messages from the Klara texting service for proof.
