I chose to go to Diego's because of their quoted price and warranty. They did an amazing job! The waiting area was nicely air conditioned, couches were comfortable, and they had sports playing on the tv. My only hang up was the bathroom because it had the same feel to it as a truck stop bathroom, but you don't go to a tint place for a bathroom lol. Anywho, the tint options were on the wall so you could see the differences between them and they were super helpful in picking the right shade for what I wanted. Price and time quoted were great. The whole thing took maybe an hour. Some other reviews noted pieces of tint left behind, but I didn't have that same experience. Long story short: I looooove the end result! Just got home from getting my windows tinted, and I was so happy with my service/experience, I wanted to write a fresh review to reflect my experience. I found Diego's through yelp (thank you fellow yelpers; I was not disappointed!). I will write everything I remember to help anyone else out who may have some of the same questions I had :) Below are my pros and cons: Pros: -Open Sundays (THANK YOU!) -Incredibly friendly -Best quote that I could find in the area for my Audi A3 sedan -Fast (Since Sundays are by appointments only, I made an appt for my car. I was in and out in an hour). -Precise. Beautiful work (see pictures!!!) I put before and after pictures so you can see how seamless their work is. -They use high quality M3 film (or you can opt for the more expensive ceramic option). I did the M3 and it looks gorg. (once again see pictures!) -Didnt feel any pressure or any up-selling. He just asked me what I wanted, answered any questions and made it happen :) -100% life warranty on any possibly bubbles, peeling, or fading -They have a waiting room (this was a pro for me since I didn't want to spend any money Uber-ing somewhere else for just an hour). Cons: I honestly don't think there were any cons. Diego and his team were quick, good at their jobs, and friendly. I honestly had a wonderful experience here and I absolutely would come back if needed to, and 10/10 recommend. Stopped by to get my Toyota's windows tinted. They got the job done in about 30mins. They have a cool temperature waiting room where you can wait while the work is done on your vehicle. They offered me a cold water bottle and they have a restroom for customers. The work was done very well. Don't ever go here for your tint. I brought my new 18' Ram 2500 MegaCab for full tint all around and front windshield tint & get it back with a crease right in my vision & bubbling on front corners right & left sides. I mention it to Julio before taking it & he says not to worry it'll go away & if it doesn't it's lifetime warranty & he'll redo. I leave & it didn't go away. At same time I paid for our new 18' Expedition for same job that I'd bring the following weekend & this one I have a big bubble on my driver window & the tint on the windshield for this one is poor quality & blurry for some reason with another crease right in the middle of vision & scratches on the right & left sides which now I'm pissed. His employee calls Julio so we speak, I relay my frustrations & he says bring them both next weekend to redo. Mind you I live 45 minutes away so not too convenient but okay. Now this morning I bring the Expedition first to show him & he says Tint will never be perfect & that I'm just knit picking & he's not going to redo either of them. He 1st says he's not even going to pull off the tint on the windshield after it's blurry so we argue & I say no you need to remove it. He finally dies & hands me $130 dollars for my Ram & says I'm disrespectful & don't know how to treat people. I feel the exact same way about his service & how he treats customers. I paid total over $500 for both vehicles, he hands back $130 & now have an Expedition with a driver side window that has a big bubble in it, windshield now needs to be redone & the Ram that needs the windshield tint removed & redone. What a joke! I repeat, save yourself the trouble & take your business elsewhere! You've been warned! read more

****After you argued with my dad that you weren't going to fix the issue , You then eventually gave in and redid the tint color to the color YOU were suppose to do originally. Some words of advice, You as a manager should be better at communicating with your customers. Your workers are obviously inexperienced and it shows!! Terrible job on my dads car. I've had a few cars tinted at this location but hadn't written a review because they weren't showing in yelp and in all honesty I was being too lazy to add them but today after having my truck tinted I figured it was the least I could do. I'm extremely satisfied with their work, not only do they use high quality tint (3M), but the installation looks great & the price is very affordable! The 3M tint has lifetime warranty :). They also offer lower quality tint that has a year warranty. I dealt with Julio, who was very pleasant and professional. The shop closes at 6 pm but he when I told Julio I was going to arrive near closing time, he was very accommodating and offered to wait on me even after 6 pm. The shop is small so perhaps that's how they're able to offer low prices, since their overhead can't be much, but the waiting area is still comfortable and air conditioned. With that being said, it's CASH ONLY! Call ahead for price & stop by bank on your way to shop. Small inconvenience but well worth it. read more

Want to start with they did give me 50 dollars back for there mistake they quoted me 170 to remove a piece of leftover glue and to retint so they had to pull off my back cover for my top brake light in order to remove the glue and my head rest which they broke because they forced it off or something left a wire hanging out there dirty rag in the back all three of my head rest on the seats this is after me picking up the car I didn't realize till I was home the tint itself also not the best and it took them around 3 hours the tint also comes with a haze affect to it when the sun hits it supposedly it's the glue they use so tint will last longer honestly it's true what they say cheaper cost more sometimes, I have a year warranty I'm honestly going to redo it somewhere else because I wasn't satisfied at all with the job .......... read more

I called and the pricing to get my fiesta tinted was cheaper than other places (the fiesta has an extra 4 little windows next to the big ones) I showed up and was greeted warmly and they asked what shade I wanted and recommended which tint would be less likely to get me pulled over. I signed off on it and left. Within 2 hours I got called back (they had two cars ahead of mine) and when I saw my car I was Extremely pleased. The tint had no bubbles or impurity's and was set perfectly. The darker tint really works with keeping the car cooler, I immediately noticed a difference. So I went into the office and payed via credit card and I was on my with my freshly tinted car! It was easy to get an appointment which was great. Dropped vehicle off @ 10am was ready approx 4 hrs later. I have a suv, had all windows tinted limo tint except front driver & passenger windows tinted dark. The price was $200. I was happy with the work except when I noticed the back lift window tint was peeling the very next day. I called they told me to bring vehicle bk to fix the tint. The tint quality is good but I still have bubbles. The tint doesn't complete stay I was told to keep my car in the sun and I did that but it still look incomplete but from a distance it looks good. But it does protect you from the heat. I do have my warranty and I got my tint changed once because the first time it had a fold crease on tint while applying, and now I have patches where it doesn't stick well and I was told that it hard to make it stick. The only thing I like about this company that it has a long warranty, and the tint protects you from the heat. read more

Brought my new truck in to get tinted because of the great ratings on yelp. Before leaving the shop, I noticed that the tint was cut too short on the bottom of my passenger window. They fixed the issue on the spot and installed new tint but when I got home I noticed the drivers window was also cut short. I did not want to drive all the way out there again to get it fixed so I just took it to local shop in my area to get fixed.
