I had such a great experience here. I found them because I do acupuncture in the center and decided to check them out before my appointment. I came in knowing I wanted tint but having no idea beyond that. Ralph took his time to go through the different options and prices. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything. That never happened here and I felt like an equal. I was treated with a lot of respect. When I was given a time it would be done I told Ralph I couldn't do that because of my acupuncture appointment. He promised he could get it done earlier and the guys did it! They really care about their customers here and treat you like family. What a wonderful company. Ralph and his staff are amazing. I originally got 15% tint on my Camry and loved it but had a hard time seeing out at night when there were no street lights (my own personal eye issues) so I called them back and Ralph was super easy to talk to and very friendly. I did pay twice however their prices are amazing and Ralph helped me out and was able to remove all my tint and redo all my all my windows with a slightly higher (20%) tint and it came out amazing. I love how it came out and it is literally a perfect job!! They are clearly amazing at what they do. That small 5% difference sounds like not much but it makes a huge difference to me personally. I got my brand new vehicle tinted here because it was just way too light for me. My car came with a factory tint but it was still too light and would reflect off my info net screen making driving kind of a pain on a sunny day. I got a few quotes from nearby shops and tint city definitely had the most competitive prices. I did all my windows minus my front. Set up an appointment and no pressure to buy anything more premium. I went lighter since it was already going to sit on top of tinted windows. I was able to go darker on the passenger windows but stay with a lighter color on my rear window since at night it can be hard to see out very tinted windows. Overall very pleased with the results and service. I would recommend making an appointment just so you get the preferred time you want. The tint will have tiny tint bumps when it's fresh but as it sat they went away within 24 hours. I also made it a point to not use my windows to allow it time to settle. As for longevity I can't say yet but overall great work for the prices. They do have more premium tints with better longevity warranties if you want. The place is also easy to find. If you plan on staying they do have a small waiting area but if you have kids or a group I wouldn't recommend staying as it's pretty small. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for tint. read more

I called and made an appointment as requested so they had time blocked out for me. When I called I asked how long it would take to do the work and was told 2 1/2 hours, I asked are you sure and he said yes then a min later said 3 hours worst case. So after 2 1/2 hours waiting I checked on how the are doing and was told almost done. At 3 hours asked again was told they are wrapping it up. 15 min later I am knocking on the back door and was told there moving it out now. 5 min later I get my car. All this time he is booking more appointment for the same day when he is complaing to me he is short a person They do not value other people's time as long as they get the job and your money. Which reminds me they quoted 349.00 for the job and charged me $363. And change with no explanation. I ended up staying at his shop for about 3 hours, and during that time I got to chat with some of his regular customers.
