So, have a nice day. They said they didn't want to buy the equipment, which admittedly isn't cheap. They nonetheless look plainly stupid for claiming boldly that the tuning should be a no-brainer, then losing their stuff and not having the stick-to-your-word policy of finding some way to do it. So, I'm high and dry. Perhaps others have had good experience; they seem to know what they're doing otherwise, but in my narrow case, they said they could, then didn't. If there was a modicum of trust, there is no more.

At Firestone they wanted $1300! They don't have the advertising that some of the other guys do, but they give you quality service you won't find elsewhere. PLENTY of time for my road trip on August 7th. However, according to UPS Royal Southside did not bother to even begin delivery until August 4th! That is nearly NINE days AFTER I bought it. For NINE days the part sat there. It left their facility on August 4th and arrived to California on August 10th. The price for the rood rack was good. Teh shipping was expensive, but it's bulky and it's coming by UPS. But why did it sit there at Royal for NINE days before they bothered shipping it. Why did it take TWO weeks to get the rack? It's coming from Bloomington, not Sweden. Very disappointing.
